ԱԺ նախագահն առաջարկում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի ոչ աշխատանքային օրերին միջոցառումներ կազմակերպել նաև մարզերում
SOCIETYԱրա Բաբլոյանն առաջարկում է Հայաստանում Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի ոչ աշխատանքային օրերին միջոցառումներ կազմակերպել նաև մարզերում՝ դրանով բարձր գնահատական տալով գագաթնաժողովի՝ Հայաստանում անցկացմանը: Բաբլոյանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ԱԺ-ում՝ երկու օր ոչ աշխատանքային հայտարարելու նախագծի առաջին քննարկմանը:
«Կարծում եմ, որ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում երկու օր ոչ աշխատանքային ճանաչելը ողջ հանրապետությունում ավել կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Այն հնարավորություն կտա մարդկանց ոչ միայն Երևանից, այլ նաև մարզերից նույնպես մասնակցել այս կարևոր միջոցառմանը, որոշակի միջոցառումներ կազմակերպել նաև մարզերում: Դրանով ցույց կտանք, որ իրականում ոչ միայն երթևեկության դժվարություններն են մեզ դրդում ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր սահմանելուն, այլ բարձր գնահատական տալու այս կարևոր գագաթնաժողովին, որ ֆրանկոֆոն աշխարհը վստահել է Հայաստանին»,-ասաց Բաբլոյանը:
ԱԺ ՀՅԴ անդամ Արմինե Կյուրեղյանը հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչու պետք է Երևանում կազմակերպվող միջոցառման համար լոռեցի կամ մեղրեցի աշակերտը խախտի իր գրաֆիկը: Նա հարցրեց՝ ինչու պետք է ողջ Հայաստանում հայտարարել ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր:
ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը պատասխանեց՝ մարզերի բնակիչների համար Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովը նույնպես կարող է նշանակություն ունենալ: «Մասնավորապես, ձեր մատնանշած լոռեցի երեխաները կարող են գալ Երևան և մասնակցել միջոցառումներին: Երևանն ամբողջ Հայաստանը չէ, բայց առնվազն մեկ երրորդն է: Եվ քանի որ հնարավոր չէր միայն Երևանում աշխատանքային օրերը տեղափոխել, հետևաբար՝ ընտրվել է այս տարբերակը»,-ասաց նա:
Ռուբինյանը նշեց նաև՝ աշխատանքային օրերի տեղափոխումը կանխում է երթևեկության հետ կապված խնդիրները:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին նախագծով առաջարկվում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում երկու օր հայտարարել ոչ աշխատանքային: Առաջարկվում է հոկտեմբերի 11-12-ը համարել ոչ աշխատանքային՝ փոխարինելով դրանք հաջորդող շաբաթ օրերով՝ հաշվի առնելով գագաթաժողովի անցկացման օրերին Երևան քաղաքի տրանսպորտի երթևեկությունն արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Նախագիծն ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց հոկտեմբերի 5-ին: Երկրորդ ընթերցումը կկայանա հոկտեմբերի 5-ին Ժամը 18:00-ին:
