Արսեն Գասպարյանի համոզմամբ՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը բխում է Հայաստանի տնտեսական շահերից
SOCIETYՀայաստանի տնտեսական շահերից է բխում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումն արագացնելը: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Արսեն Գասպարյանը:
«Երեկ որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում եղան մեկնաբանություններ և փորձ արվեց ցույց տալ, թե այս հարցի կապակցությամբ կա տարբերություն իմ և վարչապետի ասածների միջև: Ասեմ, որ բացարձակ որևէ տարբերություն չկա: Ընդգծեմ, կա հստակ մոտեցում, որ իրոք Հայաստանի հստակ շահերից է բխում, որպեսզի արագացվեն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները»,-ասաց Արսեն Գասպարյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականը նշեց, որ հունիսից սկսած օտարերկրյա գործարարների շրջանում շատ մեծ հետաքրքրություն կա Հայաստանի հանդեպ: Նրանցից շատերը ուսումնասիրում են տարբեր ոլորտներ:
«Իմ ասածը կապված էր հենց նրանց հետաքրքրության հետ: Այսինքն՝ նրանց հետաքրքրությունն է մեծացել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ: Բնական է, որ երկարաժամկետ քաղաքական տեսլական ունենալու համար ժողովրդի պահանջն է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը, որովհետև այդ դեպքում ներքաղաքական պատկերն ամբողջական կլինի: Հակառակ դեպքում ունենք կառավարություն, որի նպատակն է ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդումը Հայաստանում, մյուս կողմից կա խորհրդարան, որին ժողովուրդը դեմ է: Հետևաբար` արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացումն անհրաժեշտ է: Մեզ մոտ որևէ տարբեր մոտեցում այս հարցի շուրջ չկա»,-ասաց նա:
Արսեն Գասպարյանը ներկայացրեց այն ոլորտները, որոնցով հետաքրքրված են ներդրողները՝ ջրային ռեսուսրներ, ջրամբարների կառուցում, էներգետիկա, գյուղատնտեսություն, թվայնացում, շինարարություն և այլն: Հետաքրքրվողները տարբեր երկրներից են:
«Նրանք տեսնում են մեծ փոփոխություն հայաստանյան կյանքում, տեսնում են, թե ինչպես է կառավարությունը փորձում աջակցել օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին՝ զարգացնելու իրենց բիզնես ծրագրերը: Օգոստոս, սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին 100-ից ավելի ներդրողների հետ եմ հանդիպել: Ֆրանսիայում, Ռուսաստանում գործարարների հետ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո, բավական հետաքրքրվածություն է նկատվում այս երկրներից»,-ասա նա: Արսեն Գասպարյանը նշեց, որ վերջին օրերին արդեն 20-ից ավելի հանդիպում է ունեցել այս երկու երկրներից եկած գործարարների հետ: Բիզնես ծրագրերի ֆինանսական ծավալները տարբեր են, կան 50 մլն և ավելի ԱՄՆ դոլարի ծրագրեր:
«Ներդրողները մեծ գոհունակություն են հայտնում Հայաստանի քաղաքական փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ: Առաջին գործոնն օրինականությունն է, նրանք տեսնում են, որ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել ներդրողներին: Վերջին 20 տարիներին Հայաստանը գտնվել է ցուգցվանգի մեջ: Ով շախմատ է խաղում, կհասկանա դա ինչ է: Այն իրավիճակն է, երբ յուրաքանչյուր քայլ ավելի է վատացնում խաղացողի դրությունը: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը և ժողովրդի շարժումը Հայաստանին դուրս է բերել այդ ցուգցվանգից: Այսօր լավ հնարավորություն կա Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու համար, մեր նպատակն է աղքատությունը լիկվիդացնել երկրում: Հուսով եմ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո կոնկրետ քայլեր կարող ենք արձանագրել»,-ասաց Արսեն Գասպարյանը:
