Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանը նոր խոսնակ կունենա

Ադրբեջանում նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացված խայտառակ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո, որոնց արդյունքները չեն ճանաչել ոչ ադրբեջանկան ընդդիմությունը, ոչ էլ արեւմտյան հեղինակավոր դիտորդ կազմակերպությունները, այդ երկրի խորհրդարանը նոր խոսնակ կունենա: Խոսակցություններ են ընթանում, որ այդ պաշտոնում պետք է նշանակվի նոր խորհրդարանում պատգամավոր վերընտրված Ադրբեջանի բժշկական համալսարանի ռեկտոր, ակադեմիկոս Ահլիման Ամիրասլանովը:

Նշվում է, որ խոսնակի պաշտոնում Ահլիման Ամիրասլանովի նշանակումն արդեն համաձայնեցված է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության մակարդակով, քանի որ «նախիջեւանյան կլանի» (Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ռամիզ Մեհտիեւի) գլխավորությամբ իշխանամետ խմբավորումները հավանության են արժանացրել նրա թեկնածությունը:
Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի ներկայիս խոսնակ Օգթայ Ասադովն այլեւս չի մնա իր այդ պաշտոնում ազգային անվտանգության նախկին նախարար Էլդար Մահմուդովի հետ ունեցած մոտ կապերի պատճառով: Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները լուրջ պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկում բոլոր նրանց դեմ, ովքեր մոտ հարաբերությունների մեջ են եղել պաշտոնանկ արված Էլդար Մահմուդովի հետ:
Հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Ալիեւի անակնկալ հրամանագրով Էլդար Մահմուդովին պաշտոնանկ արվելուց հետո Ադրբեջանի իշխանության ներսում լուրջ իրարանցում է սկսվել:
Կայքին հասած տեղեկություններով` ներիշխանական խմբավորումները երկպառակչական պայքար են սկսել ԱԱՆ ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար: Ներկայում ակտիվացել է «նախիջեւանյան կլանը», որը ցանկանում է, որ այդ կարեւոր պաշտոնը չանցնի «ուրիշի ձեռքը»:
Կայքի աղբյուրի համաձայն` ԱԱՆ ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար թեկնածուների մեջ քննարկվում է Նախիջեւանի ինքնավար հանրապետության գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահ Վասիֆ Թալըբովի թեկնածությունը, ինչը փրկություն է հանդիսանում նախիջեւանյան ներիշխանական խմբավորման համար:
Տեղեկացված աղբյուրը նաեւ հայտնել է, որ Վասիֆ Թալըբովին ԱԱՆ ղեկավարի պաշտոնում տեսնել ցանկացողների գլխավոր փաստարկը հանդիսանում է այն, որ նա մոտ կապեր չունի մնացած չինովնիկների եւ պետական գործիչների հետ: Նրանք նշում են, որ այդ պաշտոնում Վասիֆ Թալըբովի նշանակումով կվերանան ներիշխանական խմբավորումների միջեւ լարվածությունը եւ ընդհանուր իրադրությունն Ադրբեջանում կմեղմանա:
