SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Սիրելի՛ ուսուցիչներ, Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական տոնի` Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ:
Մենք բոլորս գիտենք, թե ինչ բարդ, բայց եւ չափազանց կարեւոր ու պատասխանատու աշխատանք են կատարում ուսուցիչները, ինչքան ուժ ու եռանդ են ներդնում նրանք այդ աշխատանքում, ինչքան ջանք են թափում, որպեսզի մատաղ սերունդը լինի կիրթ ու դաստիարակված, ստանա հիմնավոր գիտելիքներ, հմտություններ ու կարողություններ, գտնի իր արժանի տեղը կյանքում:
Մենք խորապես երախտապարտ ենք ձեզ, սիրելի՛ ուսուցիչներ, երախտապարտ ենք ձեր համբերատար ու սրտացավ վերաբերմունքի, ձեր անձնվիրության համար, այն հոգատարության ու ջերմության, որ տարիներ շարունակ դուք տալիս եք ձեր սաներին: Ձեր ամենօրյա քրտնաջան աշխատանքն արժանի է ամենաբարձր գնահատանքի ու մեծ հարգանքի:
Պետությունը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում կրթության եւ գիտության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների լուծմանը, անում է հնարավորը, որպեսզի Արցախի երեխաներն ստանան նորմալ կրթություն, որպեսզի մեր ուսուցիչներն աշխատեն ժամանակակից պահանջներին համապատասխանող ուսումնական հաստատություններում: Եվ այդ գործընթացը կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ:
