SOCIETYԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամին ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանի բուն հարցը վերաբերում էր Ադրբեջանում գերեվարված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների խնդրին:
Նա վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք հասցրել է ճշտել՝ այս պահի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանում գերեվարված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների, մասնավորապես՝ Բերդավանի բնակիչ Կարենի ճակատագրով որևէ նորություն կա՞, թե՞ ոչ: Բացի դրանից, նա հարցրեց, թե արդյոք հաստատվել է օպերատիվ կապը, որի մասին խոսել էր Դուշանբեում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ օպերատիվ կապն այս պահին հաստատված չէ: «Բայց աշխատանքներ են կատարվում այդ ուղղությամբ: Կարող եմ գոհունակությամբ նշել, որ վերջին օրերին շփման գծի և հայ-ադրբեջանական գծի սահմանով իրավիճակը անհամեմատ հանդարտ է»,- ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ Կառավարությունն ունի ամփոփ տեղեկանք, որը կարող են փոխանցել Աշոտյանին, որպեսզի հարցերի պատասխանները ստանա:Աշոտյանը նաև հետաքրքրվեց, թե Ադրբեջանի անդամության հետ կապված ՀԱՊԿ-ում, թեկուզ դիտորդական, կա՞ որևէ գործընթաց, եթե այո, ինչպիսին է ՀՀ-ի տեսակետը: Նաև հարցրեց, թե նորություններ կան Սիրիայում հայկական զորախմբի տեղակայման գործընթացի իրավական կազմակերպման հետ:
Վարչապետն ուղղեց, որ Սիրիայում զորախումբ չի տեղակայվում, այլ հումանիտար ականազերծման և բժշկական առաքելություն է: Ըստ նրա՝ գործընթացն ընթացքի մեջ է:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի՝ ՀԱՊԿ –ին որպես դիտորդ ներգրավելուն, վարչապետն ասաց, որ այդպիսի որևէ պաշտոնական գործընթաց չկա:
«Այդ մասին կան հրապարակումներ, խոսակցություններ են եղել, և սրա վերաբերյալ ՀՀ դիրքորոշումը շատ հստակ է, որը մի քանի անգամ հրապարակել է. գիտեք, որ նման հարցերը լուծվում են կոնսենսուսով, և ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական վիճակում և հարաբերությունների պայմաններում անիմաստ է նույնիսկ այդ հարցի մասին խոսելը, որովհետև ՀՀ-ը երբեք համաձայնություն չի տա, որ իր բնակավայրերի վրա կրակող պետությունը, ընդ որում ոչ թե կարճաժամկետ, այլ ընդհանրապես դառնա ռազմաքաղաքական մեր կազմակերպության դիտորդ»,- ասաց նա:
