Քաղաքացիական պայքարը որևէ օգուտ տալ չի կարող.Մերուժան Տեր-Գուլանյան

Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման, քաղաքացիական պայքարի և այլ հարցերի շուրջ Past.am-ը զրուցել է գրող Մերուժան Տեր-Գուլանյանի հետ:
Վերջինս մասնավորապես ասել է. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ցանկացած թանկացման վատ եմ վերաբերվում,ուղղակի վատ եմ վերաբերվում: Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ թանկացումները գնում են ամբողջ աշխարհում: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, թե մենք որտե՞ղ ենք այդտեղ տեղավորվում: Տխուր է, երբ թանկանում է որևէ բան: Ես 9 տարի աշխատել եմ Գերագույն խորհրդում և Ազգային ժողովում, և ամեն անգամ,երբ օրենք էր ներկայացվում,ասում էի՝ այս օրենքը ժողովրդին օգուտ տալի՞ս է, թե՞ ոչ»:
Խոսելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման դեմ քաղաքացիական պայքարի մասին՝ Տեր-Գուլանյանն ասաց. «Դա սխալ բան է և օգուտ չի կարող տալ: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում քաղաքացիական պայքար, ի՞նչ եք անելու: Նրանց, ով նախաձեռնել է այս պայքարը, խորհուրդ եմ տալիս գնալ տուն: Քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունները հրաշալի են բնապահպանության գծով, բոլոր բնապահպանների կողքին ես միշտ կանգնած եմ։ Թանկացումները համաշխարհային գործընթաց են, դրանք միայն մերը չեն: Աղջիկս ապրում է Ֆրանսիայում, և ես գիտեմ,որ այնտեղ նույնպես թանկացումներ կան: Հելնենք ոտի՝ ի՞նչ անենք, որ ի՞նչ»:
Past.am-ի հարցին՝ իսկ այդ թանկացումների հարցում չկա՞ն սուբյեկտիվ գործոններ, Մերուժան Տեր-Գուլանյանը պատասխանեց. «Անկեղծ ասած՝ ես դրա մասնագետը չեմ, բայց այնտեղ կան մասնավոր պատճառներ, որպեսզի չասեմ սուբյեկտիվ: Բայց մենք տեղյակ չենք այդ պատճառաբանություններից: Այո, կարելի է չթանկացնել, կամ եթե թանկացնել, աննշան թանկացնել, որպեսզի ժողովրդի գրպանին չհարվածի: Բարի եղեք՝ տեր եղեք կորուստներին և այլն: Օրինակ՝ եթե մեկը էլեկտրաէներգիա է գողանում,հարևանը ի՞նչ մենք ունի: Հետևողականություն է պետք: Անուններ չտամ, բայց եղան մարդիկ,ովքեր գողություններ արեցին, «լևի գծով» գազ, էլեկտրաէներգիա քաշեցին. փոխանակ նման հարցերում խիստ լինեն, հոսանքն են թանկացնում ժողովրդի վրա: Բայց կրկնում եմ, թանկացումները ողջ աշխարհում են, սակայն կարող էին կանխել, որպեսզի լիներ ոչ թե 7 տոկոս, այլ 1.5: Ժողովուրդը մեղք չունի, որ ինչ-որ գործարանատերեր «լևի լույս» են վառում: Գոնե 7 տոկոսով չթանկանար, քանի որ դա մի քիչ տխուր թիվ է»:
