Ես հրաժարական կտամ վարչապետի պաշտոնից՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների գնալու համար. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան
SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բողոքի ակցիայի ընթացքում հայտարարեց, որ ինքը առաջիկա օրերին հրաժարական կտա վարչապետի պաշտոնից և ներկայացրեց խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցնելու ընթացակարգը:
Վարչապետն ասաց, որ որպեսզի ԱԺ-ի ընդունած «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին նախագիծն ուժի մեջ մտնի, ապա 21 օրվա ընթացքում ՀՀ նախագահը պետք է ստորագրի այդ օրենքը կամ դիմի Սահմանադրական դատարան դրա սահմանադրականությունը վիճարկելու համար:
«Կարծում եմ, որ ինձ կլիազորեն, որ ես հիմա այստեղից դիմեմ ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին, որպեսզի այդ օրենքը չստորագրի և դիմի ՍԴ: Ինչպես ենք մենք հասնելու արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, որպեսզի ամեն ինչ լինի դե յուրե ճիշտ:
Ծրագիրը հետևյալն է. երբ նշված նախարարներին ու մարզպետներին աշխատանքից ազատելու մասին որոշումները դե յուրե կմտնեն ուժի մեջ, դրանից հետո, ես կոնկրետ օրը չեմ ասում, ես հրաժարական կտամ վարչապետի պաշտոնից»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
Նա ասաց, որ այդտեղ կարևոր նրբություն կա, նախ որպեսզի որևէ մեկը չմտածի, թե ինքը կառչած է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնից, և բացի դրանից, այդ կերպ հասնելու են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների:
«Իմ հրաժարականից հետո 8-րդ օրը ԱԺ-ը պետք է ընտրի նոր վարչապետ, եթե այդ ընթացքում չընտրվի նոր վարչապետ, պետք է ևս յոթ օր ժամանակ անցնի, և 8-րդ օրն ընտրվի նոր վարչապետ, եթե ընտրեց, ուրեմն ընտրեց, իսկ եթե ոչ, իրավունքի ուժով ԱԺ-ը լուծարվում է, և տեղի են ունենում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ եթե պարզվի, որ ժողովուրդը կանգնած է հանուն արտահերթ ընտրությունների, ուրեմն իրենք ժողովրդի հետ թույլ չեն տա, որ խորհրդարանն ընտրի նոր վարչապետ. «Հետո եթե դուք ձեր վստահության քվեն տաք մեզ, ես էլի կընտրվեմ վարչապետ»:
