SOCIETYԴատարանը բավարարել է մանկահասակ որդու սպանության եւ կնոջը ծեծելը մեջ մեղադրվող 32-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու մասին Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչի միջնորդությունը։
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 32-ամյա տղամարդը 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 28-ին իրենց կացարանում բռնություն է գործադրել մանկահասակ որդու՝ ծնված 18.12.2017թ., նկատմամբ։ Մասնավորապես՝ ձեռքի ափով եւ բռունցքներով հարվածներ է հասցրել փոքրիկի դեմքի շրջանին, ապա, վերջինիս դեմքն ի վար շրջելով անկողնու վրա, նաեւ՝ մեջքին, գլխին եւ մարմնի տարբեր մասերին:
Նկատելով ամուսնու կողմից երեխայի նկատմամբ բռնության գործադրումը՝ մայրը, ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն, փորձել է միջամտել, սակայն ընտանիքի հայրը բռնություն է գործադրել նաեւ նրա նկատմամբ՝ բռունցքով հարվածելով գլխին, ապա՝ նաեւ ապտակել։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 32-ամյա տղամարդուն այսօր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով:
