Դեղորայք ընդունելիս ալկոհոլ օգտագործել չի կարելի: Բժիշկները սա հատկապես շեշտում են հակաբիոտիկներ նշանակելիս:

Իրականում այնքան էլ այդպես չէ:

Բժշկական հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ալկոհոլը չի թուլացնում բուժական դեղորայքի մեծ մասի ազդեցությունը և հիմնականում չի առաջացնում կողմնակի բարդություններ: Իհարկե, այստեղ առկա են նաև բացառություններ:

Եթե հակաբիոտիկներով բուժման կուրս նշանակած բժշկին հարցնեք, թե ինչու չի կարելի կուրսի ընթացքում ալկոհոլ օգտագործել, ապա կստանաք հավանական երկու պատասխան. կա՛մ՝ ալկոհոլը կթուլացնի հակաբիոտիկի բուժական էֆեկտը, կա՛մ՝ այդ համադրությունը կբերի կողմնակի բարդությունների: Բացատրել այդ մեխանիզմները ոչ ոք չի կարողանա, որովհետև բացառությամբ ցեֆալոսպորինային խմբի հակաբիոտիկների և մետրանիդազոլի (սրանք դանդաղեցնում են ալկոհոլի տրոհման պրոցեսը, որի հետևանքով օրգանիզմում կուտակվում է քացախային անհիդրիդ, որը կարող է բերել գլխացավերի , սրտխառնոցի, փսխման, հևոցի և այլն), մնացած դեպքերում ալկոհոլը ոչ մի կերպ չի ազդում հակաբիոտիկի վրա, անգամ եթե այն հաբերի տեսքով է: Իհարկե, այս ամենը չի նշանակում, որ ալկոհոլը օգնելու է արագ ապաքինմանը: Բայց այստեղ մի ուրիշ պահ էլ կա: Ցանկացած դեպքում ալկոհոլը ինչ–որ չափով խանգարելու է: Հարցն այն է, որ ալկոհոլի ազդեցությամբ օրգանիզմը ջրազրկվում է, այսինքն՝ ալկոհոլը ունի միզամուղ էֆեկտ, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ օրգանիզմում կուտակվող հակաբիոտիկի անհրաժեշտ բուժիչ քանակությունը աննշան քանակով պակասում է, քանի որ մեզի հետ հակաբիոտիկն էլ է արտազատվելու: Բացի այդ, պետք է հիշել, որ եթե ստանում ես դեղորայքային բուժում, նշանակում է որոշակի հիվանդություն կա, այսինքն՝ օրգանիզմը թուլացած է, և հետևաբար պետք չէ այն ևս մեկ անգամ կրկին ծանրաբեռնել ալկոհոլ օգտագործելով:

Հետաքրքիր են վարկածները, թե ինչու է զարգացել կարծիքը, որ հակաբիոտիկի հետ ալկոհոլ օգտագործել չի կարելի: Կա երկու այդպիսի վարկած: Առաջինն այն է, որ առաջ հակաբիոտիկները բավականին տարածված վեներական հիվանդությունների բուժման ժամանակ նշանակելիս՝ բժիշկները դիտավորյալ նույնիսկ մեկ բաժակ ալկոհոլային խմիչք օգտագործելը արգելելով՝ պատժել են անառակ կյանք վարող հիվանդներին: Ըստ մյուս վարկածի, Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի տարիներին օգտագործվող նոր հայտնագործված պենիցիլինը (առաջին հակաբիոտիկը) շատ արդյունավետ, թանկարժեք և դեֆիցիտ դեղ էր: Ընդ որում, այնքան քիչ էր, որ անգամ պենիցիլինով բուժվող հիվանդի մեզն էին վերցնում և նրանից պենիցիլինը անջատում՝ կրկնակի օգտագործելու համար: Իսկ բուժվող հիվանդներին այն ժամանակ թույլատրվում էր գարեջուր խմել, բայց դրա ժամանակ մեզի քանակը շատանում էր, իսկ դեղի կոնցենտրացիան այդ մեզի մեջ՝ պակասում: Այդ ժամանակ էլ հենց բժիշկները հայտարարեցին, որ հակաբիոտիկի հետ սպիրտային խմիչք օգտագործելը խստագույնս արգելվում է:

Ինչպես ասում են, չկա չարիք առանց բարիքի: Երբեմն ինչ–ինչ պատճառներով հարկավոր է լինում քաղաքավարի կերպով հրաժարվել ալկոհոլ օգտագործելու առաջարկից: Այս դեպքում օգնության կարող է գալ պատճառաբանությունը, թե ստանում ես հակաբիոտիկի կուրս, և ալկոհոլն արգելված է: Բայց հնարավոր է նաև հակառակը, ստանում ես հակաբիոտիկի կուրս և քեզ կանչել են խաի: Ահա, հենց այս դեպքում է, որ երևի թե կարիք չկա հրաժարվել «խաշային» երեք բաժակ օղուց, թե չէ բուժումը գուցե ավելի ձգձգվի:
