Անհետ կորած 14-ամյա Հայկ Հարությունյանի մորը զանգել է անհայտ անձ և չի խոսել. դատախազությունը պարզում է զանգահարողի ինքնությունը
SOCIETYՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ գյուղի բնակիչ, շուրջ 4 ամիս անհետ կորած 14-ամյա Հայկ Հարությունյանի անհետ կորելու գործով հարցաքննվել են որոնողական աշխատանքների ընթացքում երեխային տեսնելու վերաբերյալ ահազանգողները: Այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:
«Քննության սկզբում հարցաքննվել են այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր երեխային տեսնելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն են հայտնել: Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որտեղ քաղաքացիները տեսել էին 14-ամյա երեխային»,- ասաց Խաչատրյանը:
Արարատի դատախազությունը պարբերաբար Հայկի ծնողների ընդունելություն է կազմակերպում` պարզելու՝ արդյոք կա երեխայից նորություն, թե չէ:
«Վերջին ընդունելություններից մեկի ժամանակ Հայկի մայրն ասել է, որ իրեն անհայտ անձ է զանգահարել, սակայն չի խոսել: Հետո Հայկի մայրը հետ է զանգել, սակայն ոչ-ոք չի պատասխանել: Ներկայումս պարզվում է զանգահարողի կատարողի ինքնությունը»,-ասաց Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:
Հայկի անհետ կորելու մասին դեռ հունիսի 8-ին հայտարարություն էր տարածել ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժինը, իսկ արդեն հունիսի 9-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարարները 10 օր որոնողական աշխատանքներ են իրականացրել Արարատի, Կոտայքի և նույնիսկ Երևանի մի շարք վարչական շրջաններում, որին ներգրավված են եղել տասնյակ փրկարար, ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ և կամավորներ, սակայն որոնողական աշխատանքները ավարտեցին անարդյունք: Որոնողական աշխատանքների ընթացքում քաղաքացիների կողմից ահազանգեր եղան 14-ամյա Հայկ Հարությունյանին տեսնելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն գրեթե բոլոր ահազանգերը չեն հաստատվել: Տասն օր անց` հունիսի 18-ին ԱԻՆ-ը երեխայի փրկարարական աշխատանքները դադարեցնելու որոշում էր կայացրեց:
Նույն օրը Արարատի մարզի դատախազությունը դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ էր հարուցել`քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ սպանություն:
