ECONOMICSԵթե վառելափայտի գինը բավական բարձրացել է, և նույնիսկ չեն կարողանում գտնել, ուրեմն մենք անտառները լավ ենք պահում:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը, ով փորձեց այլընտրանք առաջարկել այն համայնքներին, ովքեր ձմռան նախաշեմին ջեռուցման համար չեն կարողանում վառելափայտ գնել, քանի որ բավական թանկ է, իսկ գազ չունեն:
Նշենք, որ որոշ չգազաֆիկացված համայնքների բնակիչներ բարձրաձայնել էին, որ ձմռան նախաշեմին ջեռուցման լուրջ խնդրի առջև են կանգնել, քանի որ անտառից վառելափայտ դուրս բերելու արգելքին զուգահեռ Կառավարությունը որևէ այլընտրանքային վառելիք բնակչությանը չի առաջարկում: Ըստ բողոքների՝ եթե նախկինում մեկ խորանարդ մետր փայտը գնում էին 10.000-14.000 դրամով, հիմա նույնիսկ 24 000 դրամով դժվար է փայտ գտնելը:
Նախարարը համաձայնեց, թե մեկ-երկու տարի միգուցե դժվար կլինի, բայց պնդեց, թե այնպես չէ, որ հաշվի չեն առել այդ խնդիրը:«Վառելափայտի այս ծավալի սպառումը որ կար, պայմանավորված է ոչ թե նրանով, որ փայտի կարիքը կար, այլ քանի որ շատ էին գողանում, դրա հետևանքով գինը շատ ավելի ցածր էր, և նույնիսկ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կարող էին գազ վառել, հոսանք վառել և այլն, բոլորը փայտ էին վառում»,- ասաց նա:
Իսկ թե նրանց հետ կապված, ովքեր այլ տարբերակ չունեն, քանի որ գազ չունեն, նախարարը հավաստիացրեց՝ տարբերակներ կան:
Ըստ Գրիգորյանի՝ սանիտարական լուսավորության և խնամքի հատումներ կան, 20-30 հազար խմ-ի շրջանակներում:
«Դա նշանակում է, որ այդ ծավալներով հատումներ կան, որը կարող են ձեռք բերել, նաև Արցախի Հանրապետությունից է փայտ գալիս, այնտեղ իրենք ունեն ավելի մեծ քանակի անտառհատումներ: Բացի դրանից, անտառամերձ համայնքների ցանկ կա հաստատված, այդ համայնքների ամեն տնային տնտեսությանը պետությունն առկայության դեպքում 8 խմ թափուկներ է թույլ տալիս գնալ և հավաքել»,- ասաց նա:
Հիշեցմանը, որ շուկայում իր նշած ծավալներով փայտը վաճառվում է բավական թանկ գնով, նախարարն ասաց, թե այլ տարբերակներ էլ կան.
«Այլընտրանքային էլեկտրաէներգիա կարող են օգտագործել, որովհետև կան համայնքներ, որոնք արևային էներգիա են օգտագործում, կամ այլ վառելանյութեր օգտագործել, ինչպես օրինակ Շիրակի մարզն ամբողջովին օգտագործում է այլընտրանքային էլեկտրաէներգիա՝ պելետներ և այլն»,- ասաց նա:
