ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունները սեղմ ժամկետներում անցկացնելը ժողովրդի պահանջն է. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԺողովրդի պահանջն է, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները տեղի ունենան ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ չբացառելով, որ դրանք կանցկացվեն մինչեւ այս տարեվերջ:
«Խնդիրն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելն է, որը Հայաստանում ձեւակերպված է որպես ժողովրդական պահանջ, եւ դա կառավարության ծրագրի մաս է, որին կողմ է քվեարկել խորհրդարանը: Հիմա մենք պետք է ժամկետները քննարկենք եւ արագացնենք արտահերթ ընտրությունները, որովհետեւ, ըստ էության, այս ընթացքում բիզնեսի, ներդրողների հետ շփումներում մենք հասկանում ենք, որ բոլորը սպասողական վիճակում են, նրանց պետք է քաղաքական երկարաժամկետ տեսլական, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք տնտեսության մեջ իրական ներդրումներ եւ փոփոխություններ անել»,- նշեց վարչապետը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս ունի, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների օրակարգով խորհրդակցությունների արդյունքում համաձայնության կհասնեն քաղաքական ուժերի հետ. «Իհարկե՝ ես հույս ունեմ, որ Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունները որոշակիորեն պարզաբանում մտցրեցին քաղաքական իրավիճակում»:
Դիտարկմանը, թե Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքների մասով քննադատություններ հնչեցին, մասնավորապես, Էդմոն Մարուքյանն ասաց, որ այսօր իշխանությունը, փաստորեն, հակակշիռ չունի, ինչը ժողովրդավարական երկրի համար ճիշտ չէ, վարչապետը պատասխանեց. «Մեր իշխանության ամենամեծ հակակշիռը ժողովուրդն է: Ինչ վերաբերում է քաղաքական դաշտին. այն որոշակի վերաձեւումների կենթարկվի, եւ այդ հակակշիռներն էլ կձեւավորվեն: Սա անցումային շրջան է, որտեղ այդպիսի իրավիճակ է»:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ավագանու ընտրությունների հետ կապված քաղաքական ինտրիգ կա. հարց էր դրվել՝ այս ընտրություններին քվեարկել հօգուտ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների:
«Եվ այս 81 տոկոսը քվեարկեց հօգուտ արտահերթ ընտրությունների»,- հավելեց Փաշինյանը:
