Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոնում երեխայի մահվան դեպքով

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ «Արմավիր բժշկական կենտրոն»-ում մանկահասակ երեխայի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։

2015թ. հունիսի 16-ին` ժամը 13:55-ին, «Արմավիր բժշկական կենտրոն»-ից  ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «աղիքային սուր ինֆեկցիա ախտորոշմամբ» բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Ջրաշեն գյուղի անչափահաս երեխա, ով նույն օրը ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում հիվանդանոցում բուժօգնություն ստանալու ժամանակ մահացել է:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ հիվանդանոց ընդուվելիս երեխայի վիճակը եղել է միջին ծանրության, բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերելու ընթացքում երեխայի վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է, նրան տեղափոխել են վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք, որտեղ քիչ անց մահացել է:

Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով (բժշկական օգնություն եւ սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահը):

Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն՝ պարզելու երեխայի մահվան պատճառը։ Զննություն է կատարվել երեխայի բնակության վայրում, եւ սննդամթերքից, ջրից վերցվել են նմուշներ, նշանակվել է դատասննդային փորձաքննություն:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ երեխայի մահվան հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
