«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Մհեր Պոլոսկովն «Առավոտ»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է, որ պատրաստվում են փակել Արծվանիկի պոչամբարը: «Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ընկերությունը, իր ընդերքօգտագործման իրավունքը հաստատող փաստաթղթերի համաձայն, մինչև Արծվանիկի պոչամբարի շահագործման դադարեցումը, դեռ ունի բավականաչափ ժամանակ նոր նախագիծ մշակելու և այն հաստատման ներկայացնելու համար, հաշվի առնելով մեր շահառուների որոշակի անհանգստությունները, ինչպես նաև այն, որ պրոդուկտիվ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ արդեն իսկ հաջողվել է գտնել ալտերնատիվ լուծում, մենք մտադրված ենք կառավարության և շահագրգիռ հանրության հետ երկխոսության միջոցով հնարավորինս շուտ լուծել խնդիրը՝ փակելով Արծվանիկի պոչամբարը նախատեսվածից վաղ փուլում»,-ասել է ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենը։

Նա նշել է, որ Արծվանիկի պոչամբարը նախագծվել և շահագործման է հանձնվել դեռևս խորհրդային տարիներին։ «Բնական է, որ այն ժամանակներից շատ բան է փոխվել թե´ բնապահպանական ու անվտանգության չափանիշների, և թե´ տեխնոլոգիաների աոումով: Պետք է նշել, որ նոր պոչամբարի նախագիծը նախատեսվում է մշակել՝ կիրառելով միջազգային լավագույն փորձը, բնապահպանական և անվտանգության բարձր ստանդարտները: Այդ ճանապարհին կատարված առաջին քայլը ընկերության հանձնարարությամբ ոլորտի միջազգային առաջատարներից մեկը հանդիսացող բրիտանական «SRK Consulting» ընկերության կողմից նախնական հետազոտությունների իրականացումը և առաջարկությունների ներկայացումն էր»,-ասել է Պոլոսկովը:

Թերթի հարցին՝ Արծվանիկի պոչամբարի շուրջ դժգոհությունները կապված են մեծամասամբ բնապահպանական խնդիրների հետ։ Ի՞նչ առավելություն է ունենալու նոր պոչամբարը այս տեսակետից, Մհեր Պոլոսկովը պատասխանել է. «Առաջին և ամենակարևոր առավելությունն այն է, որ հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում ունենալ ջրի ամբողջական շրջանառու համակարգ, ինչն իր հերթին բացառում է պոչամբարի մաքրված ջրերի արտահոսքը դեպի ջրային ավազան. փոխարենը ջուրը կվերադարձվի գործարան՝ կրկնակի օգտագործման նպատակով։ Սա նաև զգալիորեն նվազեցնելու է արտադրական գործառնությունների իրականացման նպատակով բնական աղբյուրներից վերցվող ջրի ծավալը: Նախատեսվում է նաև նոր պոչամբարը տեղակայել բնակավայրերից հեռու՝ կոմբինատի մերձակայքում: Պետք է նաև նշել, որ այս բարեփոխումները կապված են մեծ ծավալի ներդրումների հետ, որոնք ընկերությունը պատրաստ է կատարել մոտ ապագայում։ Միաժամանակ, ավելանալու են նաև օպերատիվ ծախսերը, սակայն, հաշվի առնելով շահառուների հետաքրքրվածությունը այս գործընթացում, մենք պատրաստ ենք կրելու այդ լրացուցիչ պարտավորությունները՝ հնարավորինս շուտ կյանքի կոչելով նախագիծը»:
