Զրոյից՝ նոր քաղաքական դաշտ. «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները արձանագրեցին Հայաստանում հին քաղաքական դաշտի վախճանն ու նոր քաղաքական դաշտի ձևավորման սկիզբը: Հայաստանում քաղաքական դաշտը սկսում է ձևավորվել զրոյից, նոր էջից, ինչը, բազմաթիվ դրական սպասումներով հանդերձ, պարունակում է բավականին շատ ռիսկեր: Հին քաղաքական համակարգն ակնհայտորեն սպառել էր իրեն, այլապես փուլ չէր գա ապրիլ–մայիսին տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների արդյունքում: Որևէ կերպ չնսեմացնելով հեղափոխության կարևորությունը՝ ամեն դեպքում հարկ է նշել, որ եթե հին համակարգն ունենար կենսունակություն, այն այդքան հեշտությամբ փուլ չէր գա:
Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններն ընդամենը ազդարարեցին, ֆորմալիզացրեցին հին համակարգի վախճանը, ինչը միանշանակորեն դրական է: Բայց հին համակարգի փլուզումը չի ենթադրում միանգամից նոր համակարգի առկայություն: Նոր համակարգ, նոր քաղաքական դաշտ պետք է կառուցել զրոյից: Եվ խոսքն այստեղ ոչ միայն ընտրություններում անցողիկ շեմը չհաղթահարած ուժերի մասին է, այլև բոլորի, այդ թվում՝ հաղթող ուժի մասին:
«Իմ քայլը» դաշինքն ու ներկայիս իշխանությունը հաճախ նույնացվում են ՔՊ–ի հետ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ հեղափոխության առանցքը հենց ՔՊ–ականներն են եղել: Բայց սա միայն ֆորմալ առումով: Իսկ իրականում, ինչպես ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն է ասել քանիցս, սա համաժողովրդական շարժում էր, հետևաբար իշխանությունն էլ, «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքն էլ դասական իմաստով քաղաքական ուժ չեն, այլ համաժողովրդական շարժման ներկայացուցիչներ: Իսկ սա էլ իր հերթին բազմաթիվ դրական կողմերով հանդերձ նշանակում է, որ իշխանությունը ևս քաղաքական ուժ դառնալու խնդիր ունի:
Հայաստանում ընդդիմությունն ու քաղաքացիական հասարակության ակտիվ հատվածը դարձել են իշխանություն՝ բավականին խառը տրամաբանությամբ, կոնսոլիդացված դեռևս միայն հեղափոխության գաղափարների շուրջ: Իսկ նախկին իշխանությունն ու նախկին քաղաքական դաշտի մաս կազմող ուժերն էլ հայտնվել են վերափոխվելու լուրջ մարտահրավերների առջև: Արդեն հիմա կարող ենք վստահաբար արձանագրել, որ հեղափոխությամբ Հայաստանում գործող քաղաքական դաշտը փլուզվեց, և մենք հիմա շարժվում ենք զրոյից՝ նոր քաղաքական դաշտ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ:
