«ԵՊՀ Տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի դեկանն անբարո անձնավորություն է». դասախոսները պահանջում են դեկանի հրաժարականը (տեսանյութ)

Ֆակուլտետի դասախոս, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Թաթուլ Մանասերյանի խոսքով՝ ֆակուլտետում ստեղծված իրավիճակը կարգավորելու համար դասախոսները նամակով դիմել են Կրթության և գիտության նախարարություն:
«Այս պրոցեսում մենք չենք կարող ձև անել, թե ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, և ուսումնական պրոցես տանենք: Սա ինչու է կարևոր, որովհետև ֆակուլտետում հայտնվում են մարդիկ, ովքեր կապ չունեն կրթության հետ՝ զուտ անձնական որոշումներով: Կաշառակերությունը բավական բարձր մակարդակի վրա է: Ֆակուլտետի դեկանը անբարո կերպար է, երբ մարդ սովոր է գործընկերների հետ խոսել հայհոյանքներով, ինքներդ կարող եք դատողություններ անել: Միայն այդ փաստը բավարար է, որ այդ մարդուն ճանապարհեն»,- հայտնեց դասախոսը:Նախարարություն ուղարկված նամակից հետո Թաթուլ Մանասերյանի նկատմամբ հետապնդումներ են սկսել:
«Ովքեր դժգոհություն հայտնել են, ընդհանրապես կա՛մ հեռացվել են, կա՛մ զրկվել են ժամերից: Իմ նկատմամբ կան սպառնալիքներ, որ դատի կտան, տարբեր հաշվեհարդարներ կտեսնեն: Դրանցից մեկն էլ այն է, որ զրկեն դասերից: Այսօր ամբիոնի վարիչն ինձ տեղեկացրեց, որ փորձել են զրոյացնել: Թե ուր կհասնի դա, ես հույս ունեմ, որ դեռ համալսարանի ղեկավարությունն ըմբռնումով կմոտենա այս իրավիճակին, և ամեն ինչ չէ, որ դեկանի քմահաճույքով պետք է տեղի ունենա»,- նշեց նա:
ԿԳՆ-ին ուղարկված նամակում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է, որ ԵՊՀ կանոնադրության հոդված 22-ի համաձայն՝ ԵՊՀ-ն պարտավոր է գործել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությանը, միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին և սկզբունքներին, ինչպես նաև իր կանոնադրությանը համապատասխան: ԵՊՀ Տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետում մոտ երկու տասնամյակ է, ինչ տիրում է դեկանի միահեծան կառավարում՝ ՀՀ օրենքների կոպիտ խախտումներով:
Հաշվի առնելով ֆակուլտետում առկա կոռուպցիոն փաստերը՝ դասախոսները նախարարությունից հայցում են աջակցությունը՝ ԵՊՀ ՏԿ ֆակուլտետում վերականգնելու օրինականությունը և ուսումնական գործընթացի նորմալ ընթացքը՝ դեկանին ապօրինի զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատելու և նոր ընտրություններ կազմակերպելու միջոցով:
«Նախարարությունից արձագանքը եղել է ուսումնասիրություն կատարել: Նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները եղել են ֆակուլտետում, փորձել են պարզել իրավիճակը: Կարծում եմ՝ բավարար տեղեկատվություն ունեն և բավարար հիմքեր ունեն որոշումներ կայացնելու համար»,- ասաց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը:
