Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրավիճակի լարման պարբերական փորձերի վրա
POLITICSՍեպտեմբերի 25-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Նյու Յորքում գտնվող ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտիի (Ֆրանսիա), Էնդրյու Շոֆերի (ԱՄՆ), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրչիկի հետ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, նախարար Մնացականյանը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի բացառապես խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը:
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն ընդգծել է խաղաղությանը նպաստող միջավայրի ձևավորման կարևորությունը՝ շեշտելով իրավիճակի սրմանն ուղղված քայլերից և ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունից զերծ մնալու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Այս առումով, Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը եռանախագահների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին և Արցախի հետ շփման գծում իրավիճակի լարման պարբերական փորձերի վրա, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել են Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի և Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի երկու զինծառայողներ: Թիրախավորվել է նաև խաղաղ բնակչությունը: Նախարարը շեշտել է, որ Բաքվի նման քայլերը լրջագույն վտանգ են ներկայացնում խաղաղ գործընթացին, հատկապես համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ արտգործնախարարների միջև կայանալիք հանդիպման նախօրեին։
Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել ինչպես արտգործնախարարների հանդիպման, այնպես էլ համանախագահների օրացույցում ներառված առաջիկա այլ քայլերի շուրջ։
