Մախալո անունով շունը քիչ էր մնացել՝ սատկեր խոզուկի հետ հանդիպումից, հայտնում է The Huffington Post-ը:
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Սասկաչևան նահանգում, որը գտնվում է Կանադայի կենտրոնական մասում: Մախալոն ու ես երկու շներ դուրս էին եկել զբոսանքի, որի ժամանակ էլ նրանք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հանդիպել են խոզուկին:
Շները երևի թե սկսել են հետապնդել կենդանուն, որը գործի է դրել իր գլխավոր պաշտպանիչ մեխանիզմը՝ սուր փշերը, որոնք ծածկում են նրա մեջքը:
Խոզուկը կարողացել է փախչել՝ վնասվածքներ պատճառելով շներին:
Ավելի վատ էր Մախալոյի վիճակը, որի դունչն ամբողջությամբ ծածկված էր փշերով: Ավելին, դրանք ներթափանցել էին շան սրտի ու թոքերի մեջ, այնպես որ շանը կարիք էր եղել անհապաղ վիրահատել:
Կենդանու վիրահատության վրա ծախսվել է ավելի քան 8 հազար դոլար:
Ներկայում շան կյանքին ոչինչ չի սպառնում, սակայն կենդանուն հարկավոր է վերականգնողական երկար բուժում անցնել,-գրում է Past.am-ը:
