Երևան վերադառնալուն պես վարչապետն ԱԺ-ն ցրելու մասին բանակցություններ է սկսելու
SOCIETYՔիչ առաջ ավարտվեց Մանհեթնի Յեյլ Ակումբում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը: Այդ մասին հայտնում է քաղաքագոտ Հայկ Մարտիրոյանը: Նրա խոսքով, հանդիպման ընթացքում վարչապետը հայտնեց, որ Երևան վերադառնալուն պես սկսելու է բանակցություններ խորհրդարանական ուժերի ղեկավարների հետ` ԱԺ-ն ցրելու մասին: Վարչապետն ասաց, որ իրադարձությունների զարգացումը հուշում է, որ նախկինում իր նախատեսած առաջիկա ամառվա ամիսների այդ գործողությունը անհրաժեշտ է այլևս հնարավորինս շուտ անել: Ակնհայտորեն դա կապված է ոչ միայն ՀՀԿ-ի ավելի ու ավելի ագրեսիվացող կեցվածքի, այլև` ՔՊ-ի ավագանու ընտրություններում բացարձակ հաղթանակի հետ:
«Նաև` որ անցումային արդարադատությունը չի լինելու արտակարգ դատարանների տեսքով, այլ` ասենք, լինելու է նաև գործիք, որով հնարավոր է լինելու հետաքննել մասնավոր անձանց ապօրինի գումարների ծագման ուղիները: Ակնհայտորեն դա այն անցումային արդարադատության մոդելը չէ, որով կքանդվեր գորդյան հանգույցը և ապօրինություններ գործող դատավորները մասսայականորեն կզրկվեին աշխատանքից:
Անդրադարձ եղավ նաև ավագանու ընտրություններում մյուս ուժերի պարտությանը և դրա խորհրդին: Ի թիվս այլոց` նշվեց նաև Լույս դաշինքի անունը և ասվեց, որ ավագանի չանցնելն այդ ուժերի համար նշանակում է, որ ժողովուրդը նրանց չի սատարում: Սա թերևս վարչապետը համարում է նոր մանդատ` քաղաքական մյուս ուժերի հետ այլ դիրքերից այլևս խոսելու, թեև իմ համոզմամբ, նա այդ մանդատը վաղուց ուներ: Ընդհանրապես իմ մոտ տպավորություն է, որ ամեն կարևոր քայլից առաջ վարչապետը միտում ունի ժողովրդական նոր մանդատներ հայցելու և ստանալու: Կարծում եմ դա շատ արդարացված տարբերակ չէ, որովհետև ամեն բան հեղափոխության ուժով անելու անվերապահ մանդատ նա վաղուց է ստացել: Մնում է այն ամբողջ ուժով իրացնել: Ռիսկեր կան, որ այդ ներառական մանդատը տրոհելով և բազմապրոֆիլ չիրացնելու արդյունքում` նոր մանդատների ստանալն ավելի կդժվարանա: Իսկ դրանց անհրաժեշտությունն ամենևին չկա:
Պարզ դարձավ նաև, որ վարչապետը լուրջ չի վերաբերվում սեփական անձի անվտանգության շուրջ արտահայտվող մտահոգություններին և համարում է, որ վարչապետը չի կարող ազատորեն չզբոսնել սեփական քաղաքով:
Ակնհայտ է նաև, որ վարչապետը համարում է, որ հեղափոխության անկասելիության երաշխավորը ժողովուրդն է, և որ դա արդեն բավարար է հակահահեղափոխություն չլինելու համար:
Սա այն բացառիկ հանդիպումներից է, երբ անուղղակիորեն ստանում ես քեզ վաղուց տանջող քաղաքական մի շարք հարցերի պատասխանները:
Հանդիպմանն անդրադառնալու և ևս մեկ անգամ մտորելու կարիք կա կարծում եմ», – նշեց նա:
