Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններին հետևել է 662 տեղական դիտորդ
SOCIETYԸնտրությունների ողջ ընթացքում դիտորդական առաքելության իրականացումը առանցքային է և ունի կարևոր նշանակություն, քանզի և՛ տեղական, և՛ միջազգային դիտորդների ներկայությունը նպաստում է ընտրությունների թափանցիկությանը և հրապարակայնությանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետ Տաթև Գևորգյանը` ներկայացնելով դիտորդական առաքելությունների և զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների մասնակցության տվյալները:
Նրա խոսքով` Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը ամեն ինչ արել է դիտորդական առաքելությունների բնականոն գործունեությունը ապահովելու համար:
«Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում հավատարմագրվել է 8 տեղական հասարակական կազմակերպություն, որոնցում ներգրավված է 662 դիտորդ:
Այս ընտրություններում ԿԸՀ-ի հրավերով դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու նպատակով, որպես միջազգային կազմակերպություն, հավատարմագրվել է Ընտրական համակարգերի միջազգային փորձագիտական կենտրոնը: Նրա կազմում ընդգրկված է 4 միջազգային դիտորդ: Այցելուի կարգավիճակով ընտրական գործընթացի դիտարկում է իրականացնում 11 այցելու»,- ասաց Գևորգյանը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ դիտորդների լիազորությունները դադարում են ընտրությունների արդյունքների պաշտոնական հրապարակումից հետո 8-րդ օրը, եթե ընտրությունների արդյունքները դատարանում չեն բողոքարկվել:
