ԿԸՀ անդամը ընտրողներին հորդորեց չլուսանկարել իրենց քվեաթերթիկը
SOCIETYԿենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Գեորգի Մարտիրոսյանը Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեցող անձանց հորդորում է չլուսանկարել իրենց քվեաթերթիկը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ներկայացնելով ընտրական տեղամասերում ընտրական գործընթացների նկատմամբ վերահսկողության հնարավորությունները, ԿԸՀ անդամը նշեց, որ օրվա ընթացքում նման դեպքեր են արձանագրվել:
«Ցավալի է բայց, որոշ ընտրողներ նկարահանել են իրենց քվեարկությունը և տեղադրել են սոցիալական ցանցերում, որը խստիվ արգելվում է և որի համար կա վարչական պատասխանատվություն»,- ասաց Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ ընտրական տեղամասերում ընտրական գործընթացները վերահսկվում են դիտորդների, ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցինչների և վստահված անձանց կողմից, իսկ ժամը 20:00-ից հետո հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ նիստին կարող են մասնակցել նաև թեկնածուները:
«Հանձնաժողովը ձևավորված է բազմակուսակցականության սկզբունքով՝ Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացված խմբակցություններից: Հանձնաժողովի անդամները ունեն շատ պարտականություններ և շատ քիչ իրավունքներ, իսկ վստահված անձինք, դիտորդները և ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչները ունեն լայն իրավունքներ և շատ քիչ պարտականություններ»,- նշեց Մարտիրոսյանը:
Դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող անձինք կարող են հանգիստ նկարահանել ամբողջ գործընթացը՝ բացառությամբ երկու դեպքի՝ բուն քվեարկության գործընթացը և ընտրողների ցուցակները:
