Ժամը 10:30-ի դրությամբ Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում գրանցվել է 93 խախտում, 5 միջադեպ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Transparency.am կայքից:

Ամենից շատ խախտումներով տեղամասերն են Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի 2/16 տեղամասը, Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի 9/6 տեղամասը, Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ընտրատեղամասը: Այս ընտրատեղամասերում գրանցվել է համապատասխանաբար 6, 4, 3 խախտում: 

Հիմնականում խախտումները վերաբերում են տեղամասի անմատչելիությանը, քվեարկության սենյակի կահավորմանը, վիճակահանության կարգի խախտմանը:

Միջադեպերի մասով դիտորդը տեղեկացրել է, որ Կենտրոնի 9/48 ընտրատեղամասում քվեախցիկների ոչ պատշաճ կահավորման արդյունքում կարող է խախտվել քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը. քվեախցիկների հետևի մասում աստիճաններ են ու առկա է դուռ (երեք քվեախցիկներից միայն մեկի հետևում է տեղադրվել գրատախտակ):

 
 


Դավթաշենի 5/10 տեղամասում դիտորդը տեղեկացրել է, որ քվեախցիկի հետևում առկա է դուռ, որի վրա կա բանալի: Դիտորդը խնդրել է տեղափոխել քվեախցիկը և վերջինիս խնդրանքին ի պատասխան՝ սկզբում հանձնաժողովի նախագահը հրաժարվել է տեղափոխել քվեախցիկը, այնուհետև, երբ դիտորդը պահանջել է արձանագրել գրանցամատյանում խախտման վերաբերյալ իր գնահատականը, վերջինս համաձայնվել է, և քվեախցիկը տեղափոխվել է: Ավելի ուշ Տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովից այցելել են տեղամաս և պահանջել նույն տեղում դնել քվեախցիկը, իսկ հետնամասում գտնվող դռան վրա փակցվել է թուղթ՝ դիտորդի ստորագրությամբ:

Ընտրախախտումների քարտեզը պատկերում է «Ականատես» նախաձեռնության («Թրանսփարենսի Ինթերնեշնլ հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոն», Ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ և «Ռեստարտ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություն) դիտորդների կողմից բացահայտված խախտումները:
