Արցախն իրոք պատրաստ չէ Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ կարգավիճակ ստանալ, պարզապես շեշտադրումն է սխալ դրված: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դավիթ Բաբայանը` անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը, թե Արցախը «երբևէ չի ստանա Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությունից դուրս որևէ կարգավիճակ»։

«Պարոն Ալիևին խորհուրդ կտամ, որ այդքան մտորումների մեջ չընկնի, շատ հեշտ է, պարզապես պետք է ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը և դրանով հարցը կարգավորել»,-ասաց նա:

Դավիթ Բաբայանն ասաց, որ Ալիևի այսպիսի հայտարարությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այդ երկիրը որևէ կերպ չի վերանայել իր ռևանշիստական հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը, ինչը հակամարտության կարգավորման խոչընդոտ է: Նա նշեց, որ Արցախը երբեք չի կարող Ադրբեջանի կազմում կարգավիճակ ունենալ, դա անհեթեթություն է:

 
 


«Ալիևի հայտարարության միտումը մեկն է, որ այս երկիրը պարզապես պատրաստ չէ կարգավորման որևէ տարբերակի, նրանք ունեն շեղված, այլասերված պատկերացում գործընթացի մասին»,-ասաց նա և նկատեց, որ այդ երկիրը պատրաստ չէ նույնիսկ կառուցողական երկխոսության,բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ բանակցային գործընթացը պետք է կանգնեցվի:

Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե նախորդ իշխանության ժամանակ բանակցություններում կարգավիճակի հարց չի քննարկվել, Դավիթ Բաբայանն ասաց.«Կարգավիճակի հարցը հստակ է, բազմիցս հայտարարվել է, որ Արցախը սակարկության ենթակա չէ և չի կարող լինել: Կարծում եմ՝ բոլորի համար էլ պարզ էր դա, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի մաս, սա անհեթեթ է և միշտ էլ դա ընդգծվել է ուրիշ բան է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի համաձայնում սրա հետ և շարունակում է աննորմալ քաղաքականությունը»,-ասաց նա:

Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ չի ցանկանում ներքաղաքական խնդիրների մեջ մտնել: «Պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտի դիրքորոշումն է` մեզ համար չի կարող լինել Արցախի վերադարձ և Արցախը երբեք Ադրբեջանի մաս չի եղել և չի լինի»,-ասաց նա:
