Ընտրակաշառք խոստանալու դեպքի առթիվ երրորդ քրեական գործն է հարուցվել. ՀՀ դատախազություն
SOCIETYԵրևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատախազությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա ընտրություններին ընտրակաշառք տալու (խոստանալու) առերևույթ դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ դատախազությունից:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունից ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով սահմանված կարգով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու համար ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ Շենգավիթի բաժին նյութեր են ուղարկվել այն մասին, որ Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ընթացքում մեկ անձի կողմից ընտրողներին ընտրակաշառք է խոստացվել:
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ մի քաղաքացի կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններից մեկին ընտրելու դիմաց 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Երևան քաղաքի Ներքի Չարբախ թաղամասի երկու բնակչի խոստացել է մարել վերջիններիս ունեցած ջրի վարձի՝ 150.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի կեսը:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերն առերևույթ պարունակում են թեկնածուներից, կուսակցություններից (կուսակցությունների դաշինքներից) որևէ մեկի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու կամ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար երկու ընտրողներին անձամբ կամ միջնորդի միջոցով կաշառք առաջարկելու հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատախազի տեղակալի կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից քրեական գործը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն:
Նշենք, որ սա սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների շրջանակներում հարուցվող թվով երրորդ քրեական գործն է: Մինչ այդ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով ևս երկու քրեական գործեր հարուցվել են Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն, ինչպես նաև Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազություններում:
