ԱՄՆ-ում ազատ են արձակել 27 տարի ուրիշի հանցանքի համար դատապարտված տղամարդուն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ-ում ազատ են արձակել ուրիշի կատարած հանցանքի համար 27 տարի բանտում անցկացրած տղամարդուն: Ինչպես ներկայացնում է «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդան», Վալենտինո Դիքսոնին դատարանը սխալմամբ էր ազատազրկման դատապարտել:
Մոտ 3 տասնամյակ առաջ Դիքսոնը խնջույքի է մասնակցել, որտեղ ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել: Տղամարդը չի մասնակցել հակամարտությանը և հեռացել է: Ավելի ուշ նա իմացել է, որ այդ օրը պատանի է մահացել: Այնուհետև տեղեկացել է, որ իրեն որոնում է ոստիկանությունը:
Կարճ ժամանակ անց իրավապահները եկել են Դիքսոնի տուն և ձերբակալել նրան: Դատարանը նրան 39 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել: Եվ երբ տղամարդն արդեն կրել էր պատժի երկու երրորդ մասը, իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի ուսանողները կամավորական հիմունքներով վերսկսել են գործի քննությունը:
Արդյունքում երիտասարդ իրավապաշտպաններին հաջողվել է պարզել իրական մարդասպանի ինքնությունը, որն, ի դեպ, նույնպես բանտում է գտնվում մեկ այլ հանցագործության համար:
