Սեպտեմբերի 21-ը յուրաքանչյուր հայի հպարտության օրն է, քանի որ 1991 թվականի հենց այս օրը Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը ձայների ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ քվեարկեց ԽՍՀՄ-ի կազմից դուրս գալու եւ անկախ պետություն ստեղծելու օգտին:
Պետք է հասկանալ, որ ազգի եւ պետության հավերժության գաղափարախոսության իրագործման գործիքն անկախությունն է, որը մենք ձեռք ենք բերել մեծ դժվարությամբ, նաև կորուստների գնով:
Թերևս, դժվարինը դեռևս առջևում է: Մի բան է հասնել անկախության, մեկ այլ բան՝ պահել և զարգացնել այդ անկախությունը:
Մենք դեռևս շատ ունենք կիսատ թողած գործեր, սխալներ ու բացթողումներ, չնայած՝ պետք է հասկանալ նաև, որ պետական կառավարումը բարդ, երբեմն էլ՝ առերևույթ չզգացվող դժվարություններով լի է:
Կարևոր է, որ մեր երիտասարդ, անկախ պետության կառավարումը ճիշտ առանցքից դիտարկենք և ստեղծենք մեր երազած կայուն, հարուստ, ուժեղ, ոչ բարեկամ հարևաններին իր կամքը թելադրող պետություն, որի հետ հաշվի կնստեն նաև գերտերությունները:
Այդ Հայաստանը ստեղծելու համար պետք է սիրենք մեր պետությունը, հարգենք մեր քաղաքացուն և յուրաքանչյուր օր մեր աշխատանքով բարեկեցիկ երկիր կառուցենք:
