SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը սեպտեմբերի 21-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին` Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:
Շնորհավորական ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Մեծարգո՛ Նիկոլ Վովայի,
Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի, իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 27-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ, տոն, որը թանկ ու հիշարժան է համայն հայության համար:
Հայ ժողովուրդն անցել է բարդ ու դժվարին ճանապարհ՝ կերտելով իր ազատ ու անկախ պետականությունը, դիմակայել է բազում փորձությունների, ունեցել անդառնալի կորուստներ, կրել անասելի զրկանքներ: Սակայն միշտ հավատացել է իր պայքարի հաղթանակին, հավատացել է երազանքների հաղթանակին, որ փայփայել է դարեր շարունակ:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զարգացումն ու զորացումը բոլոր հայերի խնդիրն է, որի լուծման համար անհրաժեշտ է լինել էլ ավելի համախմբված ու միասնական, օգտագործել յուրաքանչյուրի ներուժն ու հնարավորությունները, գիտելիքներն ու կարողությունները: Բոլորիս պարտքն է մեր ավանդը ներդնել Հայրենիքի եւ հարազատ ժողովրդի պայծառ ու հուսալի ապագայի կերտման գործում:
