Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ընդունեց միջազգային ոստիկանական կազմակերպության՝ Ինտերպոլի Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանի հարցեով ստորաբաժանման տնօրեն Մաթեուշ Վոլչակի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը բարձր գնահատեց միջազգային ոստիկանական համագործակցության ոլորտում Հայաստանի ոստիկանության Ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոյի դերն ու նշանակությունը։ Ոստիկանության պետը փաստեց, որ համագործակցության արդյունավետության լավագույն օրինակ է հետախուզվող անձանց հայտնաբերումը։ Միայն այս տարվա ութ ամիսների ընթացքում Ինտերպոլի անդամ տարբեր երկրներում հայտնաբերվել է Հայաստանի ոստիկանության կողմից միջազգային մակարդակով հետախուզվող 114 անձ։

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանում հայտնաբերվել է Ինտերպոլի անդամ տարբեր երկրների իրավապահների կողմից միջազգային մակարդակով հետախուզվող 42 անձ։ Հայաստանի ոստիկանության Ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոն այս տարի դարձավ Ինտերպոլի եվրոպական կոմիտեի անդամ, ինչը Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի հավաստմամբ՝ հանցավորության դեմ միջազգային պայքարում Հայաստանի ոստիկանության ներդրման արդյունք է։ «Հանցագործությունը ազգություն չունի և անդրազգային հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունը ջանք չի խնայելու Ինտերպոլի հետ համագործակցային դաշտն ընդլայնելու, նոր ձեռքբերումներ արձանագրելու ուղղությամբ»,- հավելեց ոստիկանության պետը։ 

Մաթեուշ Վոլչակն իր և պատվիրակության անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնեց տպավորիչ ընդունելության համար՝ ուրախությամբ փաստելով, որ Հայաստանի ոստիկանության Ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոն իր ուրույն տեղն ունի միջազգային ոստիկանական ընտանիքում։ Պատվիրակը կարևորեց նաև Ինտերպոլի գլխավոր քարտուղարության և անդամ երկրների ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոների հետ Հայաստանի ոստիկանության արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը հատկապես կիբերհանցավորության, կազմակերպված հանցավորության, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում։

«Աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում համոզվեցի, որ Հայաստանում նպաստավոր պայմաններ են ստեղծվել փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման համար»,-նշեց Մաթեուշ Վոլչակը։ Քննարկվեցին իրականացվելիք ծրագրերին և միջոցառումներին Հայաստանի ոստիկանության մասնակցության հետ կապված հարցեր։

Առանձնահատուկ խոսվեց ծրագրային համակարգերի ներդրման անհրաժեշտության մասին, որոնք իրավապահներին հնարավորություն կտան հայտնաբերելու նաև հետախուզվող մեքենաներ ու կորած փաստաթղթեր։ Հանդիպմանը քննրակվեցին նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ծրագրերը հնարավորինս արագ կյանքի կոչելու վերաբերյալ հարցեր։
