«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արդեն չորս ամիս է՝ նախարարությունները փաստացի իրենց գործունեությանը զուգահեռ պարտադրված են ուսումնասիրել և բացահայտել իրենց ոլորտներում, նախարարություններում ու ՊՈԱԿ–ներում կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներն ու բացահայտումներ անել: Արդյունքում, այս գործի վրա ծախսվում է մարդկային մեծաքանակ ռեսուրս ու էներգիա, ինչի հետևանքով նախարարությունների բուն գործառույթները հաճախ տուժում են կամ իրականացվում գերմարդկային ճիգերի շնորհիվ: Ավելին, այդ գործընթացը ոչ միայն բավական աշխատատար է, քանզի այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ միանգամից որևէ փաստաթղթի նայելով՝ եզրակացություններ անել, այլև խիստ մասնագիտական ուսումնասիրության անհրաժեշտություն կա: Հաշվի առնելով այդ բացահայտումների կարևորությունը, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, մի քանի նախարարներ դիմել են ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ստեղծել առանձին մարմին, ուր ներգրավված կլինեն տարբեր ոլորտների մասնագետներ, իրավաբաններ ու հատկապես ֆինանսիստներ: Այս մարմինը կզբաղվի պետական կառույցներում կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների բացահայտմամբ. ընդ որում, խոսքը ոչ միայն նախկին ժամանակաշրջանի մասին է, այլև ապագա հնարավոր ռիսկերը ի հայտ բերելու և կանխելու: Իսկ ահա նախարարություններն իրենց ռեսուրսներն ու ջանքերը կներդնեն իրենց հիմնական առաքելության իրականացման գործում: Թե ինչ որոշում է այս առումով կայացրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մեր աղբյուրները դեռևս տեղյակ չեն:
