SOCIETYՍևանա լճի և դրա ջրային պաշարների նպատակային օգտագործման խնդրի լուծման շրջանակում վարչապետի հանձնարարականով ձևավորվել է միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով, որը գլխավորում է տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ամփոփելով 100 օրում կատարած աշխատանքը՝ ասաց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իր հանձնարարականներով մարզերը ստեղծել են հատուկ հանձնաժողովներ, դրանից զատ միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովն ամեն օր լինում է մարզերում և ստուգում Սևանից բաց թողնվող 40 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ջրի օգտագործման գործընթացը:
«Մի կողմից՝ գյուղատնտեսական խնդիրները ստիպում են մեզ, որ մենք Սևանից ջուր բաց թողնենք, որպեսզի գյուղատնտեսությունը չտուժի, մյուս կողմից՝ բնապահպանական խնդիրները մեզ թույլ չեն տալիս նման խնդրի առջև կանգնել: Այս պահին կարող եմ ասել, որ Սևանից բաց է թողնվել 26.5 միլիոն խմ ջուր: Ստեղծված հանձնաժողովն արդեն իսկ պարզել է, որ կան բազմաթիվ չարաշահումներ: Սևանը շատերի համար շարունակում է հանդիսանալ անսպառ ջրային պաշար»,-ասաց նախարար Պապիկյանը՝ չարաշահումներից առանձնացնելով ապօրինի անցկացված ջրային խողովակները, որոնք սպասարկում են բազմաթիվ չգրանցված հողատարածքներ:
Համայնքների համաֆինանսավորման ծրագրի մասին խոսելով՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նշեց, որ որպես սուբվենցիա հանրապետության 25 համայնքներին արդեն տրամադրվել է 287 միլիոն դրամ: Առաջիկայում կառավարությանն է ներկայացվելու ևս 34 համայնքների 422 միլիոն դրամ տրամադրելու հարցը:
