Տեսչական մարմնի իրականացրած ստուգումների արդյունքում հաշվարկվել է շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված ավելի քան 49 միլիոն դրամի վնաս
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի կողմից իրականացված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, վարչական վարույթների ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումներով արձանագրված թվով 106 իրավախախտման դեպքով հաշվարկվել է 49.265.712 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի խորհրդատվության, իրազեկման և և հանրության հետ տարվող աշխատանքների բաժնից, 44 դեպքով նշանակվել է 3.540.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք, ինչպես նաև իրականացված 3 ստուգման արդյունքում հաշվարկվել է 2.218.642 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 44 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 45.782.742 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 10 դեպքով նշանակվել է 580.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։
Իրականացված ստուգումներ՝
«Սևան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Նորատուս», «Մարտունի», «Վարդենիս» մասնաճյուղերում, ստուգման ընթացքում, հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է ապօրինի հատված 75 ծառի կոճղ, հաշվարկվել է 2.218.642 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։ Ստուգման նյութերը տրամադրվել են իրավապահ մարմիններին։
Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխում
Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 37 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 1.352.050 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 16 դեպքով նշանակվել է 1.600.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։
Կենդանական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Արձանագրվել է ապօրինի որսի 11 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 1.800 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 4 դեպքով նշանակվել է 360.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։
Մթնոլորտի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 5 որոշում` 400.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Ջրերի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում` 150.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով, հաշվարկվել է 29.820 ՀՀ դրամի չափով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցրած վնաս։
Ընդերքի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում` 200.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Հողերի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում` 150.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով, հաշվարկվել է 2.099.300 ՀՀ դրամի չափով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցրած վնաս։
Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարների եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար
Կայացվել է վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում՝ 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
