«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ասֆալտին պառկեցնելու մասին վարչապետի կոչին ի պատասխան ոստիկանությունը բառի բուն իմաստով ասֆալտին պառկեցրեց օլիգարխի համբավ ունեցող որոշ գործարարների թիկնազորի անդամներին: Երեկ էլ արդեն Փաշինյանը խոստացավ ոչ միայն ասֆալտին պառկեցնել, այլև տալ պատերին նրանց, ովքեր կհամարձակվեն խաղալ մեր երեխաների ապագայի հետ: Հաշվի առնելով ոստիկանության՝ Փաշինյանի հանրահավաքային տեքստերը բառի բուն իմատով ընկալելու փորձը, կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ առաջիկայում ոմանց կտան պատերին՝ կրկին բառի բուն իմաստով: Պատ ասելով՝ այս դեպքում նկատի ունենք՝ուղղահայաց պարսպող շինվածք, որը բաժանում է տարածությունը իրեն շրջապատող տարածքից կամ հարևան տարածությունից:

Վարչապետի հանրահավաքային հրահանգ–ոստիկանության գործողություններ շղթայում ամեն ինչ այնքան միանշանակ ու ուղիղ իմաստով է ընկալվում, որ Աստված մի արասցե, եթե հնչեն, օրինակ, «շկաֆը շուռ կտանք ձեր վրա», «դալաններում զգույշ քայլեք», «փողոցը զգույշ անցեք» կամ «պոչկեքդ յուղեք» ոճի ձևակերպումներ. դժվար կլինի պատկերացնել, թե ինչ տեղի կունենա այդ կոչերից հետո: Հասկանալի է՝ Փաշինյանը հանրահավաքային գործիչ է, հանրահավաքները նրա քաղաքական կենսագրության մեջ պատկառելի մասնաբաժին ունեն: Բայց այժմ, երբ նա վարչապետ է, նրա հանրահավաքային՝ շատերի ու այդ թվում իր համար հոգեհարազատ ոճն ու հռետորաբանությունը պարզապես կրքոտ ելույթ չեն, այլ քաղաքական կյանքի ուղենիշեր: Միայն այն փաստը, թե ինչպես է ոստիկանությունն այդ ելույթները վերծանում ու կյանքի կոչում, գալիս է ապացուցելու, որ այդ ուղենիշերը սահմանելուց պետք է զգույշ լինել: Մեծ հաշվով՝ ոստիկանության կողմից Փաշինյանի հանրահավաքային կոչերի իրագործումը մեկին–մեկ, չարյաց փոքրագույնն է: Կան ավելի մեծ վտանգներ, երբ փաստացի երկրի առաջին դեմքը սահմանում է քաղաքական այնպիսի լեզվամտածողություն, որտեղ ոչ քաղաքական ձևակերպումները դառնում են դոմինանտ: Խոսքը հենց ձևակերպումների մասին է: Այո, չի բացառվում, որ կա ու ապագայում էլ կլինի անհրաժեշտություն ուժային պատասխան տալ որոշ շրջանակների դավադիր պլաններին: Բայց արդյո՞ք դա պետք է անել բացառապես քաղաքական հայտարարությունների մակարդակը իջեցնելով: Արդյո՞ք չկա այլ լեզու, այլ լեքսիկոն այդ գործողություններն ազդարարելու, թեկուզև այնպիսի էմոցիոնալ հարթակում, ինչպիսին հանրահավաքն է:
