«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի կոմիտեի նորանշանակ ղեկավար Սարհատ Պետրոսյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել 2018թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:

Ներկայացված փաստաթղթից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Ս. Պետրոսյանը հայտարարագրել է բնակարան, ինչպես նաև «բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքը` մեկից ավել ի բնակարաններ, ոչ բնակելի և ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածքներ ունեցող շինություն» (թյուրիմացու թյուններից խուսափելու համար շեշտենք, որ հայտարարագրում փաստացի նշված է բազմաբնակարան շենք , այլ ոչ թե բնակարան՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքում, ուստի հասկանալի  չէ ՝ նրան է պատկանում ողջ շինունրան է պատկ անում ողջ շինությո՞ւնը, թե՞ միայն բնակարան այդ շենքում):

Սարհատ Պետրոսյանը հայտարարագրել է նաև երկու «BMW X1 2.0» և «MITSUBISHI PAJERO PININ 1.8» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ:

Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ դրամական միջոցները կազմ ե լ ե ն շ ո ւ ր ջ 1 0 6 8 6 5 7 6 Հ Հ դրամ, 2615 եվրո և 793 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Երկու տարբեր աշխատանքներից ստացած աշխատավարձերի եկամուտը կազմել  է 3 205 260 և  841 500 ՀՀ դրամ: Եկամուտների հանրագումարը կազմել է 4 046 760 ՀՀ դրամ: 

Սարհատ Պետրոսյանը ճարտարապետ է, քաղաքաշինարար: Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի կոմիտեի ղեկավար պաշտոնին է նշանակվել օգոստոսին : Մինչ այդ նա նաև հիմնադրել և ղեկավարել   է «Ուրբանլաբ» քաղաքային անկախ հետազոտական կազմակերպությունը (2012–2018 թթ): Հեղինակել կամ համահեղինակել է Հայաստանում և արտերկրում հրատարակված 18 աշխատություն։ Հանդիսանում է ՀՀ ճարտարապետների պալատի, «Թրանսփարենսի ինթերնեշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի և «Եվրասիա համագործակցություն» հիմնադրամի խորհուրդների անդամ։
