«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.


Մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպություններ Երևանի ավագանու՝ առաջիկա կիրակի կայանալիք ընտրությունների հետ կապված որոշակի անհանգստություններ ունեն: Խոսքը հատկապես այն հ/կ–ների մասին է, որոնք մասնագիտացված են ընտրական գործընթացներում և որոնց ներկայացուցիչներն այս կամ այն կերպ ներկայումս առնչություն ունեն գործող իշխանությունների հետ, սատարում են վերջիններիս: «Փաստի» ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով, նրանց անհանգստության հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ, կատարված ուսումնասիրություններով, ներկա պահին «Քայլ արա» դաշինքը չի ստանում այնքան քվե, որպեսզի կարողանա միայնակ մեծամասնություն կազմել և քաղաքապետ ընտրել: Եվ այս պարագայում չի բացառվում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստիպված լինի գնալ պետական ռեսուրսների կիրառման: Իհարկե, ոչ նախկինների պես բռնի ուժով, կոշտ միջոցներով, այդուամենայնիվ, պետական մեքենան կարող է իր գործն անել՝ մարդկանց վրա ազդելու համար: Այս պարագայում նշյալ հ/կ–ները կհայտնվեն անհեթեթ վիճակում, քանի որ նախ՝ դրամաշնորհներ են ստացել ազատ անկախ ընտրությունների «գծով», հետո՝ տարիներ շարունակ պայքարել են բացասական երևույթների դեմ, իսկ հիմա կամ պիտի լռեն՝ դեմ գնալով դրամաշնորհներ տրամադրողներին ու իրենց սկզբունքներին, կամ ընդդիմանան այն ուժին, ում հետ հիմա ճանապարհ են անցնում:
