Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում ընտրակաշառք առաջարկելու առերևույթ հատկանիշներով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել

2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Երևան քաղաքի Նազարբեկյան փողոցի մի բնակչի կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ստացվել է հաղորդում՝ իրեն ընտրակաշառք առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ:

Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Մաշտոցի բաժնում հաղորդումը ստուգելու արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Շիրազի փողոցում տվյալ քաղաքացուն են մոտեցել երկու կին, տեղեկացել սեպտեմբերի 23-ին Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում նրա մասնակցության վերաբերյալ և ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերից մեկի օգտին քվեարկելու համար առաջարկել 60.000 ՀՀ դրամ, կամ դրանից բարձր կենսաթոշակ ստանալու դեպքում՝ մեկ ամսվա կենսաթոշակի չափով գումար: Քաղաքացուց մերժում ստանալուց հետո կանայք հիշյալ վայրից անմիջապես հեռացել են:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ հաղորդման առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են թեկնածուներից, կուսակցություններից (կուսակցությունների դաշինքներից) որևէ մեկի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու կամ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար ընտրողին անձամբ կամ միջնորդի միջոցով կաշառք առաջարկելու հանցագործության հատկանիշներ մատնանշող բավարար տվյալներ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազի կողմից կայացվել է քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2. հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով քրեական գործ հարուցելու որոշում և ուղարկվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ քննչական ենթակայության հարցը լուծելու նպատակով:

Արդյունքում նշված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը:


Միաժամանակ, Երևան քաղաքի դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանի կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությանը հանձնարարվել է համապատասխան օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել հանցագործության կատարման հանգամանքներն ամբողջությամբ բացահայտելու և այն կատարած անձանց պարզելու, ինչպես նաև Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների ընթացքում ընտրակաշառք տալու կամ ստանալու հնարավոր այլ դեպքերը բացահայտելու նպատակով:
