Ստրասբուրգում կայացել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջև համագործակցության խորացմանն ուղղված հանդիպում

Եվրոպայի խորհրդում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցչությունը՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության հետ սեպտեմբերի 14-ին ԵԽ կենտրոնակայանում կազմակերպել է Երևանում հոկտեմբերին կայանալիք ՖՄԿ գագաթաժողովին և ԵԽ-ՖՄԿ համագործակցությանը նվիրված միջոցառում։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը ներկայացնում էր Եվրոպայի խորհրդում և Եվրոպական միությունում ՖՄԿ դեսպան Ստեֆան Լոպեզը (նստավայրը՝ Բրյուսել)։

Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը ներկայացրեց ՖՄԿ-ում հայկական նախագահության գերակայությունները, առաջիկա գագաթաժողովի օրակարգը, դրա շրջանակներում նախատեսված միջոցառումները։

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի դեսպանը ներկայացրեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ համագործակցության վերաբերյալ ՖՄԿ մոտեցումները։ Անդրադարձ կատարեց կազմակերպության օրակարգում հիմնական բաղադրիչ հանդիսացող մշակութային երկխոսությանը՝ նշելով, որ հիմնական ջանքերն ուղղված են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը և ճգնաժամերի կանխարգելմանը, ինչը լիովին տեղավորվում է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի ժողովրդավարական անվտանգության հայեցակարգի տրամաբանության մեջ։

Քննարկվեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության մեխանիզմները Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի անդամ բոլոր պետությունների համար կիրառելու և ԵԽ մի շարք կոնվենցիաներին նրանց միանալու հնարավորությունը։

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ և դիտորդ պետությունների դեսպաններ, դիվանագետներ, ԵԽ և ՖՄԿ քարտուղարությունների ներկայացուցիչներ»։
