Չարաշահումների դեպքի առթիվ թիվ 19 պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է «Թիվ 19 պոլիկլինիկա» ՓԲ ընկերությունում տեղի ունեցած չարաշահումների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ թիվ 19 պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեկան լիազորություններն առերևույթ անցնելու վերաբերյալ:

2018թ. մայիսի 25-ին «1In.am» տեղեկատվական հարթակում հրապարակվել էր «Չարաշահումներ ենք բացահայտել թիվ 19 պոլիկլինիկայում. Դավիթ Խաժակյան» վերտառությամբ հոդվածը: Հաղորդման հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով 08.06.2018թ. հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում:

Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ տարիներ շարունակ պոլիկիլինիկայի բուժաշխատողների աշխատավարձերից կատարվել են պահումներ՝ 10 000-20 000 ՀՀ դրամի սահմաններում:

Բացի այդ, պարզվել է նաև, որ մտացածին անձանց անուններով կատարվել են «մամոգրաֆիա» հետազոտության վերաբերյալ վճարումներ՝ 10 000 դրամի չափով, այն դեպքում, երբ նշված սարքն ընդհանրապես չի աշխատել, չի շահագործվել:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ «Թիվ 19 պոլիկլինիկա» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է խափանման միջոց՝ ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
