Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Ճողվածք (Грыжа) կարելի է ստանալ ինչ– որ ծանր բեռ բարձրացնելիս կամ ֆիզիկական լարում առաջացնելիս:

Իրականում այնքան էլ այդպես չէ:

Ճողվածքը չի առաջանում ծանրություն բարձրացնելուց, իրականում արդեն առկա ճողվածքը կարող է այդ դեպքում իրեն զգացնել տալ:

Ճողվածքը (լատիներեն՝ hernia) ներքին օրգանների կամ խորը հյուսվածքների արտացցվելն է խոռոչներից դեպի ենթամաշկ կամ միջմկանային բջջանք՝ առանց ծածկույթները վնասելու։ Կան տարբեր օրգանների ճողվածքներ, օրինակ` ուղեղի, երբ ուղեղային հյուսվածքը դուրս է արտացցվում գանգոսկրի վնասվածքից, կամ էլ ողնաշարի ճողվածք, որի դեպքում օստեոխոնդրոզի կամ վնասվածքի` գերլարվածության, ընկնելու հետևանքով, ողի կռճիկի միջողային շերտը դուրս է ցցվում։ 

Ժողովրդի մեջ ավելի հաճախ ճողվածք են անվանում որովայնի խոռոչից հյուսվածքների արտացցվելու դեպքում առաջացած հիվանդությունը՝ որովայնային ճողվածքները:

Այստեղ ճողվածքի առաջացմանը նպաստում են որովայնի պատի անատոմիական կառուցվածքի առանձնահատկությունները և զարգացման արատները։ Այդ պատճառների զուգակցումից որովայնի պատի թույլ հատվածի կամ սպիների շրջանում (ճողվածքային օղ) առպատային որովայնամիզը դուրս է ցցվում և առաջացնում ճողվածքապարկ։ Վերջինիս մեջ են անցնում որովայնի խոռոչի այս կամ այն օրգանները (բարակ աղիք, ճարպոն)։ Ճողվածքի առաջին ախտանիշը ցավն է, որն առաջանում է քայլելու, հազի, տարբեր ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնումների ժամանակ: Դրանից հետո նկատվում է ուռուցքանման գոյացություն ճողվածքի դուրս եկած տեղում՝ (աճուկային և ազդրային խողովակներ, պորտ և այլն): Պառկած դիրքում այս արտացցվածությունը կարող է վերանալ: Ճողվածքի պատճառը կոլլագենի (մկաններում և մաշկում գտնվող սպիտակուց, որը տալիս է ճկունություն) անբավարարությունն է՝ կապված գենետիկ անոմալիաների, օրգանիզմի մաշվածության և նաև ծխելու հետ (համարվում է, որ նիկոտինը քայքայում է օրգանիզմի կոլլագենը): Ճողվածք ունեցող անձանց միայն տասը տոկոսի մոտ է ի հայտ գալիս ճողվածք ծանրություն բարձրացնելու ժամանակ: Ճողվածքը բավական տարածված հիվանդություն է և հանդիպում է բնակչության 3–4%–ի շրջանում, որոնցից 80 %–ը տղամարդիկ են: Որովայնային ճողվածքի բուժումը միայն վիրաբուժական է, կոնսերվատիվ բուժման առկա բազմաթիվ եղանակները սովորաբար արդյունք չեն տալիս:

Եթե մտածենք, որ որովայնային ճողվածքների առաջացման պատճառը ծանրություն բարձրացնելն է, ապա ստացվում է, որ ուղեղի ճողվածք կարելի է ստանալ խորը մտածելուց: Դե, ըստ այդմ էլ կպարզվի, որ անուղեղ լինելը ինչ–որ տեղ նաև դառնում է ձեռնտու:
