«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարներին հրահանգեց երկու ժամվա ընթացքում կարգ ու կանոն հաստատել երկրում, մասնավորապես «ասֆալտին պառկեցնել օլիգարխների թիկնազորի անդամներին»: Ողջ գիշեր և հաջորդ օրվա առավոտյան մեդիադաշտն ու ֆեյսբուքի օգտատերերը սպասում էին բարդուղիմեոսյան հռչակված գիշերվա ցնցող տեսանյութերին: Մի քանի տեսանյութ ամեն դեպքում հասանելի դարձավ արդեն երեկ, օրվա ընթացքում, թեկուզև բավական մեծ ուշացումով՝ կոտրելով էքշնի սպասման թափը, հատկապես, որ տեսանյութերի քանակը սուղ էր: Այնուհետ արդեն հայտնվեցին պաշտոնական և ոչ պաշտոնական ինֆորմացիաներ այն մասին, թե կոնկրետ ում թիկնազորին են «ասֆալտին պառկեցրել»:

Իսկ ամենազավեշտալին այստեղ այն էր, որ ուժային կառույցները վարչապետի հրահանգը հասկացել էին բառի բուն իմաստով և իրականացրել տառացիորեն: Այսինքն՝ կոնկրետ մարդկանց թիկնազորի ենթադրյալ մի քանի անդամների պառկեցրել էին դեմքով դեպի ասֆալտը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, ինչպես ինքը երեկ նշեց ԱԺ–ում, տարբեր ինտոնացիաների լայն դիապազոն ունի՝ էմոցիոնալից մինչև զուսպ: Հանրահավաքային ֆորմատում նրա ելույթները մեծիմասամբ էմոցիոնալ են, հաճախ նրա ձևակերպումները կրում են փոխաբերական իմաստ: Ենթադրվում է, որ երբ վարչապետը կոչ է անում որևէ մեկին ասֆալտին պառկեցնել, նա նկատի չունի ասֆալտի հետ ֆիզիկական շփումը ուղիղ իմաստով: Ցավոք, սակայն, քաղաքական մեսիջները, դրանց վերծանումը իշխանության հիերարխիկ օղակներով հասել է բավական պարզունակ մակարդակի, որտեղ ասֆալտը բիտումի և ասֆալտային ապարի կամ մանրատված կրաքարի խառնումից ստեղծվող միներալ շինանյութ է, որն ավազի կամ կոպիճի հետ խառնված՝ օգտագործվում Է հիմնականում որպես ճանապարհածածկանյութ: 

Կարո՞ղ ենք հետևություն անել արդյոք, որ կամ հրամանի արձակումը սահմանափակվել է բացառապես հանրահավաքով ու տեխնիկական–պաշտոնական մաս չի եղել, թե՞ ամեն դեպքում ուժային կառույցները հակված են լսել ու կատարել այն հրահանգները, որոնք հնչում են հանրահավաքի ընթացքում: Վերջին տարբերակն, ընդ որում, բավական մոտ է իրականությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն պնդումները, որ ժողովուրդն այլևս իր քաղաքական կամքն իրացնելու է հրապարակներում, ուղիղ ժողովրդավարության մեխանիզմով:
