«Շանթ 2018». Զորավարժության ընթացքը ներկայացնում է ԶՈւ գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարը

 «Շանթ 2018» հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժության սցենարում հաշվարկված են նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության ղեկավարության և զինված ուժերի գործողությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում լրագրողներին հայտնեց ՀՀ վարչապետ, զորավարժության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորն է, և պայմանական պատերազմական իրավիճակն ակնհայտորեն կապված է Ղարաբաղյան խնդրի հետ: Զորավարժության սցենարում Արցախի Հանրապետության ու զինված ուժերի գործողությունները նույնպես հաշվարկված են»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ զորավարժությունների նպատակը խաղաղից պատերազմական իրավիճակի անցնելու պայմաններում պետական համակարգի աշխատանքը հղկելն է:

«Երբ խոսում ենք հղկման մասին, կատարելության հասնելու համար միշտ անելիք կա: Մենք վերլուծում ենք բոլոր շղթաների աշխատանքը, այդ թվում օրենսդրության բովանդակությունը, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կան, որոնք կարող են գործնական խնդիրներ առաջացնել: Սցենարով այնպես է նախատեսված, որ ամեն ինչ տեղի է ունենում բոլորի համար անսպասելի: Այդ սցենարը պետք է մշակվի, և մենք ուզում ենք զորավարժությունների արդյունքում այնպես կարգաբերել պետական կառավարման համակարգի աշխատանքը, որ այն նույնիսկ ամենաանսպասելի և ամենածանր սցենարներում կարողանա պահպանել աշխատունակությունը, պետության մարտունակությունն ու անհրաժեշտ կենսագործունեությունը»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն էլ նշեց, որ զորավարժության սցենարով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատանքը բաժանվել է երկու փուլի՝ մինչև պատերազմ հայտարարելը և պատերազմ հայտարարելուց հետո:

«Վարչապետը ԶՈւ գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարի պաշտոնը ստանձնել է երեկ երեկոյան: Երկու փուլերում էլ վարչապետը երկու ներմուծական է արել, որոնք կառավարման համակարգը դրել են սթրեսի մեջ՝ փոփոխելով մեր կողմից նախատեսված սցենարը»,- ասաց Տոնոյանը:

Հարցին, թե կարողացել են հաղթահարել այդ ներմուծականները, պաշտպանության նախարարը նշեց, որ իրենց գերատեսչությունը կարողացել է: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ մյուսները՝ նույնպես:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ զորավարժության արդյունքները կվերլուծվեն, կքննարկվեն և եզրակացություններ կլինեն:

 Համապետական նշանակության «Շանթ-2018» զորավարժությունը պլանային բնույթի է և նպատակաուղղված է պաշտպանությանը պետությանանմիջական նախապատրաստության և ագրեսիայի հետմղման ընթացքում պետական և ռազմական կառավարման մարմինների զորահավաքայիննախապատրաստության, պատրաստականության բարձր աստիճանների բերման ունակության վերստուգմանը, փոխգործակցության ևգործողությունների ներդաշնակության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը: Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի շուրջ և մերձատարածքում ստեղծվածռազմաքաղաքական իրադրությունը, զորավարժության սցենարում առկա մտացածին հակառակորդը և իրավիճակը առավելապեսհամապատասխանեցված են իրականությանը:
