Ես գտնում եմ, որ պարոն Փաշինյանի մոտ մի փոքր նյարդային պոռթկում տեղի ունեցավ երեկվա հանրահավաքին, որը լավ երևույթ չեմ գնահատում, որովհետև լինելով երկրի թիվ մեկ դեմքը՝ նա պետք է ավելի զուսպ և ավելի կշռադատված վարվի: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը` անդրադառնալով երեկ Դավիթաշեն համայնքում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի հանրահավաքին, որտեղ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր ելույթում հայտարարեց, որ ՀՀ-ում սպիտակները հաղթել են, և սևերի պարտությունը անշրջելի է:


«Ես համաձայն չեմ հասարակությանը բաժանել սևերի և սպիտակների, ես, որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի, դա չեմ ընդունում, կարող է՝ շատ մարդիկ չլինեն վարչապետի կարծիքին, բայց երբ երկրի թիվ մեկ դեմքը հասարակությունը բաժանում է սևերի և սպիտակների դա արդեն նորմալ չէ, որովհետև, եթե ինքը երկրի վարչապետն է, պետք է ներկայացնի իր ասած` «սևերի» կարծիքը»,-ասաց նա:

 
Գագիկ Համբարյանն ասաց, որ գաղտնալսումը մեծ հարված էր ոչ միայն իշխանություններին, այլ նույն պետությանը, դա նշանակում է, որ այս երկրում կարող են գաղտնալսել նույն վարչապետին և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այդ ամենը կհայտնվի համացանցում:

«Հանրահավաքային ոճն արդեն հարիր չէ երկրի ղեկավարին, իհարկե, հասկանում եմ, որ պարոն Փաշինյանը հիմա ամեն ինչ անում է, որ Հայկ Մարությանը դառնա քաղաքապետ, բայց չպետք է մոռանա, որ լինելով ՔՊ թեկնածուի լոբբիստը՝ նաև երկրի վարչապետն է: Նա պետք է ընդդիմադիր գործչի կերպարից դուրս գա, քանի որ շատերի մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդդիմադիր է, ինչը տարակուսելի է»,-ասաց նա:

Քաղաքագետն ասաց, որ փաստ է, որ այդ ձայնագրության հրապարակումը մեծ վտանգ է պարունակում: «Դա իշխանությունների խնդիրն է, դա, ում արածը ուզում է լինել, ինքնին խնդիր է: Ոչ թե պետք է վհուկների որսով զբաղվենք, այլ պետք է ապագայում կանխենք այսպիսի ձախողումները: Սա համապատասխան համակարգի ձախողումն էր»,-ասաց նա:

Վերջինս նկատեց, որ հակառուսական տրամադրություններ ունեցող որոշ ուժեր շատ պրոֆեսիոնալ կերպով փորձեցին ասել, որ այս ձայնագրությունների հրապարակումը ռուսական գաղտնի ծառայությունների ձեռքի գործն է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ձայնագրության անգլերեն թարգմանության մեջ «հ» տառի բացակայությանը, ապա նա ասաց. «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ, եթե ռուսները ունակ էին այսպիսի օպերացիա կազմակերպել, իրենք չունեին մի թարգմանիչ, որը շատ նորմալ հայերենից անգլերեն կթարգմաներ, և այսպիսի կիքս չէր անի: Սա ծրագիր է՝ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն էլ ավելի վատթարացնելու»:

Նա նկատեց, որ հենց այդ ձայնագրությունում երևում է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն այնքան էլ լավ չէին Խաչատուրովի առումով: «Սա հատուկ հակառուսական ծրագիր էր, ռուսները այդքան միամիտ չէին, որ «հ» տառերը բաց թողնեին»,-ասաց նա և ավելացրեց, որ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները լավացել են այսօր:
