ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի և Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի հեռախոսազրույցի գաղտնալսման ու հրապարակման դեպքի առթիվ քննություն կիրականացվի: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը՝ նշելով, որ շատ ցավալի կլինի, եթե պարզվի, որ հեռախոսազրույցը գաղտնալսվել է հենց Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում:

Նա հայտնեց, որ քիչ առաջ տեղեկացել է, որ գլխավոր դատախազությունը կատարվածի առնչությամբ հարուցել է քրեական գործ:

«ԱԱԾ-ն և ՀՔԾ-ն վերջին շրջանում ստանձնել են երկրում անօրինականությունն արմատախիլ անելու դերը: Մեր կողմից արված աշխատանքները շատ դրական են ընդունվում հասարակության կողմից: Հրապարակված ձայնագրության հիմնական նպատակն այն է, որ թուլացնեն մեզ՝ ԱԱԾ-ին ու ՀՔԾ-ին, որ այն գործը, որ սկսել ենք, թողնենք կիսատ: Սակայն մենք ունենք կամք ու վճռականություն այն հասցնելու ավարտին»,- հայտարարեց Վանեցյանը:

Լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, թե ձայնագրությունում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը պետք է կալանավորվի, ԱԱԾ տնօրենն ասել է, որ վարչապետը պարզապես ասել է, որ որևէ քաղաքական խոչընդոտ չի կարող լինել քրեական գործի օրինական ընթացքի համար:

«Վարչապետը չի ասել փակեք, ասել է, որ քրեական գործով անցնող անձինք, անկախ իրենց անուններից ու զբաղեցրած դիրքից, պետք է ենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության, եթե կան հիմքեր նրանց կալանավորելու և պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու»,- ասաց Վանեցյանը:

Նա նաև հայտնեց, որ չի խոսել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորելու մասին որոշում կայացրած դատավորի հետ, նրան չի ճանաչում ու անգամ դեմքը չի տեսել:

«Հեռախոսազրույցի մեջ կարող էին լինել որոշակի անճշտություններ, որովհետև երբևիցե չէինք կարող ենթադրել, որ այն կարող է ձայնագրվի ու հրապարակվի»,- հայտարարեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենը:
