ՀՀ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը վստահ է՝ համացանցում իր և Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի գաղտնալսված հեռախոսազրույցի ձայնագրության հրապարակումն իրենց կանգնեցնելու խղճուկ փորձ է, որը չի հաջողվի: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Խաչատրյանն ասաց հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:

«Հրապարակվել է իմ և ԱԱԾ տնօրենի խոսակցությունը, որում քննարկել ենք Մարտի 1-ի գործի վերաբերյալ որոշ հարցեր: Վանեցյանը մտահոգություն ուներ այն հանգամանքի հետ կապված, թե արդյոք ճիշտ է, երբ անձն առանց ձերբակալվելու ներկայացվում է դատարան, և դատարանի կողմից պետք է քննության առնվի միջնորդությունն այն պայմաններում, երբ անձն ազատության մեջ է: Ես խոսել եմ ձերբակալման հիմքերի մասին, ներկայացրել եմ, թե ինչ պայմաններում է դա իրականացվում»,- նշեց ՀՔԾ պետը:

Խաչատրյանն, անդրադառնալով ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին կալանավորելու մասին՝ Վանեցյանի հետ խոսակցությանը, հայտնեց, որ ինքը պարզապես տեղյակ է պահել ԱԱԾ պետին, որ արդեն միջնորդություն ներկայացվել է, և ինքն այդ մասին արդեն ասել է վարչապետին:

«Վարչապետը բազմիցս նշել է, որ երբևէ արգելք չի լինելու այս կամ այն անձի նկատմամբ կալանք կիրառելու համար, ինչը և կիրառվել է Խաչատուրովի դեպքում: Կարծիք եմ հայտնել, որ այս գործում կալանքի կիրառումը կարող է շատ արդյունավետ լինել»,- նկատեց նա:

Սասուն Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ բառեր չի գտնում՝ մեկնաբանելու ձայնագրությունը հրապարակելու քայլը: «Սա խղճուկ փորձ է մեզ կանգնեցնելու, բայց հավատացած եղեք, չենք ընկճվելու, անելու ենք մեր գործը»,- հայտարարեց նա:

YouTube–ում հրապարակվել էր ձայնագրություն, որը վերագրվում էր Ազգային անվտանգության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանին և Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանին: Ձայնագրության մեջ խոսվում է Մարտի 1-ի գործի ու դրանում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարներ Միքայել Հարությունյանի, Սեյրան Օհանյանի ներգրավման, նրանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: ԱԱԾ պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանը ասուլիսում հաստատեց, որ հեռախոսազրույցը տեղի է ունեցել իր և Խաչատրյանի միջև:
