ՄԱԿ-ը Ռոսավիացիային մեղադրել Է Boeing 737-ի թերությունները թաքցնելու մեջ

Ռոսավիացիան, հայտարարելով Boeing 737 ինքնաթիռների լուրջ թերությունների մասին, այդ մասին երկար ժամանակ չի տեղեկացրել ՌԴ-ի ավիաընկերություններին եւ հսկողական մարմիններին: Այդ մասին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Միջազգային ավիացիոն կոմիտեի (ՄԱԿ) հայտարարությունը:
«Տագնապ Է առաջացնում այն, որ Boeing 737 ընտանիքի ինքնաթիռների ավելի քան 20 մլն ուղեւորներ երկար ժամանակ ենթարկվել են Էական ռիսկերի»,-նշվում Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Կոմիտեում նաեւ պարզաբանում են, որ ՄԱԿ ավիակարգավորիչի, ինչպես նաեւ Ավիացիոն պատահարների հետաքննության միջազգային հանձնաժողովի գործողությունները ելնում են միայն թռիչքների անվտանգության շահերից եւ ICAO-ի՝ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության ստանդարտների ու օդանավերի թռիչքային պիտանելիության բնագավառում միջազգային համաձայնագրերի կատարման անհրաժեշտությունից:
Նոյեմբերի 5-ին ՄԱԿ-ը դադարեցրել Է համաշխարհային եւ Ռուսաստանի ավիացիայում ամենաօգտագործվող մարդատար ինքնաթիռներից մեկի շահագործման հավաստագիրը՝ իր որոշումը բացատրելով անվտանգության հետ կապված անհանգստությամբ: ՄԱԿ-ի կայքում հրապարակված նամակում կոմիտեն մատնանշում Է, որ 2015 թվականին Ռոսավիացիայից երկու անգամ դիմում Է ստացել Boeing-737 ինքնաթիռների բարձրության՝ ղեկով կառավարման համակարգի շտապ լրամշակումների անհրաժեշտության մասին:
Մինչդեռ Ռոսավիացիան պնդում Է, որ ավիացիոն կոմիտեն իր որոշմամբ չի կարող կանգնեցնել Boeing-737-երի շահագործումը Ռուսաստանի ավիաըներություններում: Ռոսավիացիայի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Ներադկոն ասել Է, որ Ռուսաստանում թռիչքներն արգելել կարող են միայն գործադիր իշխանության համերկրային մարմինները:
«Ռուսաստանում թռիչքների արգելքի մասին որոշումը կայացնում են գործադիր իշխանության համերկրային մարմինները: Համերկրային մարմինները Boeing-737 ինքնաթիռների թռիչքների արգելման մասին որոշումներ չեն կայացրել»,- Ներադկոյի խոսքը մեջբերում Է «Վեդոմոստի» թերթը:
