Ի կատարումն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրական օրենսգրքի 6-րդ հոդվածի 8-րդ մասի, ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի ժամանակ` քվեարկության օրվանից առաջ 30-րդ, 20-րդ, 10-րդ և քվեարկության նախորդ օրը, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հրապարակում է ՀՀ ընտրողների ռեգիստրում ընդգրկված քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու իրավունք ունեցող անձանց ընդհանուÖ € թիվը` նշելով նաև յուրաքանչյուր լրացուցիչ ցուցակում ընդգրկված մասնակիցների թիվը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից, քվեարկության օրվանից 30 օր առաջ ՀՀ ընտրողների ռեգիստրում ընդգրկված հանրաքվեի մասնակիցների ընդհանուր թիվն է 2.554.332, որից այլ համայնքի հաշվառում ունեցող, ըստ հաշվառման վայրի հանրաքվեի մասնակիցների ցուցակից ժամանակավորապես հանված և ըստ քվեարկելու օրը գտնվելու վայրի հանրաքվեի տեղամասի քվեարկողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակ ընդգրկված` 41, ՀՀ հաշվառում չունեցող, քվեարկության օրը ՀՀ-ում գտնվելու վայրի մոտակա հանրաքվեի տեղամասի քվեարկողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակ ընդգրկված` 1, քվեարկության օրը հանրաքվեի տեղամասեր գործուղվող, իրենց հաշվառման վայրի քվեարկողների ցուցակից հանված և հանրաքվեի տեղամասում քվեարկող ոստիկաների լրացուցիչ ցուցակ ընդգրկված` 0, ստացիոնար բուժում իրականացնող բժշկական հաստատությունում քվեարկությանը մասնակցող քվեարկողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակ ընդգրկված` 0:
