Մեզ համար ուղենիշայինը Հովտաշատի մեծածախ շուկայի գներն են կամ այսպես ասած «Մեյմանդարի բիրիքնոցինը». Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ անդրադառնալով գյուղմթերքի բարձր գներին:

«Թե մանրածախ շուկայում գներն ինչ մետամորֆոզ են ապրում, դա գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սահմաններից դուրս է: Ընդհանրապես, գնային քաղաքականությունը գյուղնախարարության լիազորություններից դուրս է, պետությունը գին չի սահմանում, դա այլ հարթակում քննարկելու խնդիր է »,- ասաց նա:

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ձևավորված է  որոշակի գին, և նույնիսկ այն գյուղացիները, ովքեր վաճառք են իրականացնում, բնականաբար, այդ ուղենիշային գնով են առաջնորդվում:

Նախարարը  հաստատեց՝  նվազ բերքի խնդիր, իհարկե, եղել է. «Երկու հիմնական մշակաբույս կա, որի քանակը պակասել է, հիմնականը լոլիկն է, և կոնսենսուսային կարծիք կա, որ եղանակն է պատճառը եղել՝ բարձր ջերմային ֆոնը, ինչպես նաև գիշերվա ու ցերեկվա միջև տարբերությունը ցածր է եղել, և դա բերել է դժվարությունների:

 
Ձմերուկի հետ էլ խնդիր կար, վաղ ցանված ձմերուկի բերքը նվազեց, դեֆիցիտը որոշ չափով փակվեց Ռուսաստանից՝ Աստրախանից բերված ձմերուկով, և հիմա ձմերուկի միջին գնից շեղում չկա: Հիմնական հարվածը եղել է լոլիկի վրա»:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ հիմնական խնդիրը վերավաճառողների սահմանած բարձր գներն են. «Թե ինչու է Մեյմանդարից  լոլիկը 150-200 դրամով գալիս և Երևանում հասնում 300 դրամի (խոսքը հողի լոլիկի մասին է), դա հավանաբար ճիշտ կլինի այլ գերատեսչություններից հարցնել»,- ասաց նախարարը:
