Իշխանություններին քննադատող հարցազրույցից մեկ օր անց հրավիրեցին ՀՔԾ. Հովիկ Աբրահամյան

ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ մի խումբ դիմակավորված անձինք իբր օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ներխուժեցին ինձ և ազգականներիս պատկանող բնակարաններ և շինություններ: Ո՛չ իմ փաստացի բնակության, և ո՛չ էլ հաշվառման վայրերում իրականացված խուզարկության արդյունքում որևէ անօրինական առարկա չհայտնաբերվեց, սակայն չնայած դրան իրավապահներն առգրավեցին իմ անձնագիրը՝ կոպտորեն խախտելով ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը:
Ավելին՝ խուզարկություն կատարվեց Մխչյանի մեխանիկական գործարանի տարածքում և նախ հրապարակայնորեն փորձ արվեց տարածքը կապել իմ անվան հետ, իսկ այդուհետ՝ այդ տարածքում հայտնաբերված զենքերը կապել Մարտի 1-ի հետ: Ակնհայտ է, որ փաստերի նման շղաթայական խեղաթյուրման թիրախը ես էի: Թերևս դա է պատճառը, որ առ այսօր հրապարակված չեն փորձաքննության արդյունքները:
2018թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 4-ին, կայքերից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում քննադատեցի ՀՀ իշխանությունների այդ գործելաոճը: Ի պատասխան դրա, հարցազրույցից ընդամենը մեկ օր անց ծանուցում ստացա՝ մեկ այլ քրեական գործով որպես վկա ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն հրավիրվելու մասին: ՀՔԾ-ում ինչ-որ շինծու քրեական գործով ինձ նախ հարցաքննեցին որպես վկա, ապա դրանից անմիջապես հետո անհիմն մեղադրանք առաջադրեցին և ստորագրություն վերցրեցին՝ երկրից չհեռանալու մասին:
Զավեշտալի է, երբ ոչ ականջահաճո հարցազրույցից հետո մարդուն հրավիրում են ՀՔԾ, ակնհայտ կեղծ մեղադրանք առաջադրում՝ նպատակ ունենալով լռեցնել ցանկացած այլակարծություն:
Այս պահին նպատակահարմար չեմ համարում ավելին ասել, հետագայում այդ անհիմն մեղադրանքին և անօրինականություններին առավել մանրամասն անդրադառնալու առիթ կունենամ: Առայժմ արձանագրեմ, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող «մարդաորսը», ազատ խոսքի ու այլակարծության ճնշմանն ուղղված գործողությունները լավ հանգրվան չեն ունենալու:
