ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել մայրաքաղաքում տեսախցիկների նոր խմբաքանակի տեղադրման մասին Armtimes.com կայքի հրապարակման շուրջ: Ինչպես հաղցորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, պարզաբանման մեջ ասված է.

«Խոսքը ոչ թե կայացված որոշման, այլ ոստիկանության ներկայացված և ուսումնասիրման փուլում գտնվող ծրագրի մասին է:

Ըստ այդմ՝ վերջնական չէ նաև տեսախցիկների թիվը. շրջանառվող քանակը ծրագրով ներկայացվածն է, իսկ վերջնական թիվը, եթե ծրագիրը հավանության արժանանա, որոշվելու է ուսումանսիրությունների արդյունքներով:
Միևնույն ժամանակ նկատենք, որ տեսախցիկների տեղադրումը դիտարկվում է ոչ միայն ճանապարհային երթևեկության կառավարման, այլև ընդհանրապես հանցավորութան դեմ պայքարի ու հանցագործության դեպքերի նվազեցման համատեքստում:

Ուստի, անկախ նրանից, թե տեսախցիկների ինչ քանակ կնախատեսվի, դրանք համաչափության սկզբունքով պետք է տեղադրվեն և մայրաքաղաքում, և մարզերում:

Ինչ վերաբերում է լուրերին, թե տեսախցիկներ են տեղադրվում ՙընդդեմ՚ վարորդների, ապա հիշեցնենք, որ ոստիկանությունը վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ նախաձեռնել է տուգանքների նվազեցման գործընթացը, ինչպես և կիրառության մեջ է դրել երթևեկության կազմակերպման պատժական սկզբունքը ոստիկան-վարորդ-հետիոտն համագործակցության սկզբունքով փոխարինելու գործընթացը:

Ուստի, կրկնում ենք, ինչպես ուսումնասիրվող, այնպես էլ ոստիկանության կողմից կիրառման դրված ու նախատեսվող բոլոր ծրագրերը ուղղված են ոչ թե որևէ մեկին տուգանելուն, այլ մեր քաղաքացիների անվտանգության լիարժեք ապահովմանը»:
