Արտյոմ Մխոյանը «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել հիմնարկի նորանշանակ պետին
SOCIETYՍեպտեմբերի 7-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Արտյոմ Մխոյանը «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակազմին ներկայացրեց հիմնարկի նորանշանակ պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Վազգեն Առաքելյանին: Շնորհավորելով վերջինիս՝ մաղթեց արդյունավետ աշխատանք և հաջողություններ հետագայում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից, այնուհետև Ա. Մխոյանը նշեց, որ աշխատանքային այցով արդեն եղել է «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում և անձնակազմին փոխանցել է այսօրվա պահանջներով պայմանավորված քրեակատարողական նոր քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները: Միաժամանակ ծառայության պետը ներկաների ուշադրությունը կրկին հրավիրեց համակարգի առջև ծառացած մի շարք խնդիրների վրա, մասնավորապես կարևորեց կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը՝ մատնանշելով, որ այդ քայքայիչ երևույթը նախկինում լուրջ վնաս է հասցրել երկրի տնտեսությանը: Ծառայության պետն ընդգծեց ենթակաների հետ անհատական աշխատանքների կարևորությունը, զգուշացրեց, որ մշտապես հսկելու է ներկայացված պահանջների կատարման ընթացքը: Ընդգծեց նաև, որ հիմնարկում արտոնյալ կալանավորված անձինք, դատապարտյալներ և աշխատողներ չպետք է լինեն, և այս գաղափարը պետք է արմատավորվի յուրաքանչյուրի մտածելակերպում և գործելաձևում: «Ես ցանկանում եմ և ձգտում եմ, որ մեր համակարգը մինչև վերջ վերափոխվի, վայելի պետության և հասարակության վստահությունը, և չնայած դրական տեղաշարժերին՝ առայժմ անելիքները շատ են: Համոզված եմ, որ ձեր օգնությամբ պարոն Առաքելյանն ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկը համակարգում լինի առաջիններից»:
Պատասխան խոսքում ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետ Վ. Առաքելյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց պաշտոն վստահելու համար և հավաստիացրեց, որ անձնակազմի հետ համատեղ ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայի՝ հիմնարկի առջև դրված խնդիրներն իրագործելու, առկա թերությունները վերացնելու և առաջընթացն ապահովելու համար:
Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետը պատրաստակամորեն պատասխանեց նաև ներկաների հարցերին և լսեց նրանց առաջարկները:
Հիմնարկի հետաքննիչ մայոր Մ. Գալստյանը ներկայացրեց իրավիճակ, երբ օտարերկրյա կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների հետ աշխատելիս՝ առաջանում է թարգմանչի անհրաժեշտություն: Ա. Մխոյանը հանձնարարեց գտնել ուղիներ բարձրացված հարցի դրական լուծման համար:
Շրջայցից հետո ծառայության պետն ընդունեց առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող դատապարտյալին և վերջինիս խնդրի հետ կապված տվեց համապատասխան լուծումներ:
Աշխատանքային այցի ավարտին ծառայության պետը շրջեց դատապարտյալների բնակության համար նախատեսված տարածքում, ստուգեց նախորդ այցելության ժամանակ տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման արդյունքները, տվեց նոր հանձնարարականներ:
