Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդունեց Ուկրաինայի նորանշանակ դեսպան Պյոտր Լիտվինին՝ հավատարմագրերի պատճենը հանձնելու կապակցությամբ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, շնորհավորելով Պյոտր Լիտվինին նշանակման առթիվ և հաջողություն մաղթելով իր կարևոր առաքելությունում՝ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ դեսպանն իր ներդրումը կունենա հայ-ուկրաինական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների հետագա ընդլայնման և խորացման գործում:

Նախարար Մնացականյանը և դեսպան Լիտվինը քննարկեցին երկկողմ օրակարգի բազմաթիվ հարցեր՝ առանձնահատուկ ընդգծելով գիտության, մշակույթի և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ գործնական քայլերի ձեռնարկման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Զրուցակիցները բարձր գնահատեցին Ուկրաինայի հայ համայնքի դերակատարությունը  երկրի հասարակական-քաղաքական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական, գիտակրթական և այլ ոլորտներում: Այս առնչությամբ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը երախտագիտությամբ նշեց հայ համայնքի հանդեպ Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունների հոգատար վերաբերմունքը, հայկական մշակութային արժեքների և ազգային պատկանելության պահպանմանն ուղղված քայլերը:

Առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների խորացման համատեքստում երկուստեք գոհունակությամբ փաստվեց Հայաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև առևտրի ծավալների աճը: Միաժամանակ կողմերը համակարծիք էին, որ անհրաժեշտ է գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել, այդ թվում՝ Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքների շրջանակներում, առևտրատնտեսական  ոլորտում առկա մեծ ներուժը լիովին օգտագործելու նպատակով:

Հանդիպմանը Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գետատեսչության ղեկավարը ներկայացրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման գործընթացի շուրջ հայկական կողմի մոտեցումները և առաջնահերթությունները` ընդգծելով, որ գործընթացն արհեստականորեն այլ ձևաչափեր տեղափոխելու փորձերը վնասում են խնդրի հանգուցալուծման հասնելու համանախագահների ջանքերը: Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք էին, որ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումն այլընտրանք չունի:
